At times this God will order them to pick up weapons against their enemies but at other times He will tell them it's His own battle. If you are watching them from a distance what will you conclude about this God that's changing the strategy of war?
So Organization is just about oneness not stagnation in line of thought.

(2) Confusion is when worshipers of the same God at the same time are saying different things, but where they're getting updated that is the work of God's Holy Spirit because Jesus promised his group that God's Holy Spirit will continue to update them on further information. Jesus is a perfect son of God so if the holy spirit is ministering to his he perfectly grasp it but the same is not with his imperfect followers. For instance in the first century some wealthy Christians made an arrangement to eradicate poverty in their midst. They began selling their properties and bringing the money to the Apostles and afterwards whatever they realize will be distributed equally so that none of them will be richer or poorer than the other.
It was after they loss a couple in the process that they now remembered Jesus' words:

"For you always have the poor with you, and you can do them good whenever you want to, but you will not always have me" Mark 14:7

Then they realized that the arrangement was a wrong move and instantly they stopped it!

So they were doing everything in common but they progressed in their dealings they weren't stagnant in what they knew as the Holy Spirit continue to teach them.
That was because they're entering a new covenant totally different from what they knew before then!
Now after their death Satan came and disrupt what they were building {Matthew 13:25} but can't destroy the records (Bible). Over the centuries Satan worked hard with his demons to turn Christianity into a monstrous Organization, that's what you're seeing today where a so called Christian from Nigeria will carry weapons to go and kill his fellow believers in another country all in the name of racism and politics so the LOVE JOY and PEACE of brotherhood that Jesus said will serve as the mark of pure worship was lost!
It was in 1914 that Jehovah's Witnesses were expecting God's kingdom to come (misunderstood the signal God's holy spirit gave them) that Jesus came and began restructuring the spiritual temple.
Jesus didn't condemn this group because just like his first century Jewish followers they are ever ready to make amendments.

Show me example of the imperfections or how the state of confusion of the apostles in their teachings made them to alter their original teachings?

I'm fully aware of all their mistakes but what do you expect from the watchman who stays AWAKE on the WATCHTOWER throughout the night watching?
