Well am in your shoes, well what I will advice is that, find the person you like and talk with her and make her understand that you are scared of marriage if she will allow a child in the family then trust me other things will follow.. when there is a pregnancy or child in the family, then the family will reconsider, because the expenses of marriage and the commitment to marriage is very sensitive and wonderful, so to avoid any future drama . Choose the person you like and observe if that individual likes you too for peace to Reign, in your future..

On that note you can be able to bypass the experience marriage..

The question you need to answer is ''what does marriage mean to you?'', whatever fear you are having at the moment is tied to the answer to this question. Some people view marriage as getting an ATM machine, others a sex mate, a few a puppet to control, another bondage, some an avenue to share life with someone etc. The minute you understand the purpose and power of marriage you will be able to decide on the perfect partner. Once you can differentiate marriage from your needs you will snap out of your fear.

Secondly, marriage is not for everyone, success in marriage is confined to certain rules, if you cant leave by these rules then its best not to enter into marriage.

OP, try and do your due diligence by getting someone that suits you; someone you can "manage" even at old age. Then learn how to tolerate. Seriously, marriage is not easy. Imagine two people from different backgrounds coming together to live "forever". That Is why you have to make it easier for her and you by getting someone you can tolerate. One very good aspect of it is that you will have someone that will always have your back - if you're fortunate enough to marry a good person. Then strung it along. Enjoy the good aspect and manage the not-so-good aspect.
But at the long, you ought to take the plunge. And it is better if you do it when you are still young so that you can enjoy your family. It's great to know that you are living a legacy and hustling for someone or people special to you.
