Hi Giselle,

Thank you so much for your time in explaining things in details, i mean, i am just puzzled at the amount of time you putting into answering lot of questions.

I would also like to know, in the aspect of Monthly income, Salary, etcetera on the application form, how can these be optimised? I mean how should this be filled?

Thank you so much.

Regards,

giselle237:
Since you are presenting it as a business trip sponsored by the company then every thing needs to look like that irregardless of your position in the company.
Approach it from an angle of a corporation sponsoring a worker and submit all and every since tht's the picture of your application including but not limited to why it must be an in person trip, what the company benefits from an employee attending such etc with corresponding board resolutions and statements viz a viz to match.

Please hope there is no implication of making transfers (payments) to another account from my POF account?.... The required funds won't be affected.

Hi, Giselle237 justwise and tutu, and everyone here, pls am having a little problem land grabbers her about to grab my 2 plot landed property so the neighbors around instructed me to do a fence round the land or have a foundation on the land this will cost me over a month salary out of my 6 month salary am hoping to use for visa application,my question is that I want to know if spending this money at this time won't affect my chances of getting a visa am just at the 4th month approaching 5th month next week, pls I need your advice.the land has been purchased since 2012 I don't intend to loose it to omo onile.
Weight the opportunity cost switch900 which is more important to you?.I don’t know what you earn but if it was my decision to make would say fence your land and put up a disclaimer sign.
Granted the project would deplete your bank balance maybe even more than 1month salary as cost of building materials/man power are not stable. If after all the expenses you are not confident with the balance apply at another time.

Hello,

Please help me on this issue.

I booked for my TB test (UK) and had to cancel it because of an error in the naming. Unfortunately when I tried to book another one it keeps telling me "I have an active appointment".

What can I do please? Thank you.

Thanks for the tips. However, as for the tax clearance aspect, I only have a business here in Nigeria and not in Germany, so I was wondering if there is really any need for me to include a tax clearance from IRS showing I have been paying tax or I should not bother going to get the document at all if they are not to keen on that. Please, advise.

Please I need informed answers to my questions regarding the UK Health and Care Visa (UK HAC):
1. What are the major criteria for getting a UK job offer in order to apply for the HAC Visa while in Nigeria?
2. Also, does having a Nigerian MSc in Public Health boost one's chances of getting a job offer under Allied Health Professionals (ONS 2219), which is also one of the shortage occupations?
3. Can one with a Nigerian BSc in a health-related profession get a UK job offer for Nursing Assistant/Healthcare Assistant (ONS 6141)? Thanks.

Right,I see.Let’s do a bit of calculation shall we?.Let’s say minimum flight ticket i have seen at the moment is nearly 400k thats your two months disposable income spoken for already.Maybe let another month or two pass?.
Then again,if you decide to do some “light” shopping or go for some paid tour say to your clubs stadium or get on the pods who foots that bill?.
Maybe this is not the time to travel but again it is worth a try as even if they want to refuse you it’s only a refusal stamp not physical beating.
If you see what i mean.

Please all the gurus in the house I really needed your contribution on this issue.

I wanted to help my sister to apply for Uk visit visa. She has a company registered with CAC almost 2yrs now, and she as been paying her self monthly salary income for last 6 month in order for her to know what to put as a monthly income, monthly expenditure and disposable income.

My question is that can she apply with her personally bank statement that shows her monthly income without no huge deposited ?

Although she has a company bank account which she used to pay her self monthly income but prefer to use only is personal bank account, is there any issue if she use her only personal saving account that shows all her monthly income salary and monthly expenditure? PLS ADVISE ....SIR /MA

Hello all please if someone is going to the uk for visit, do they have to book a hotel for quarantine, or can they stay with a family friend who’s willing to accommodate and feed them during their stay. Will this matter if they used hotel reservations to get their visa, Is it okay to say they’ll be staying with a family friend instead of hotel at the point of entry ?

Hi Giselle thanks for the response. I was hoping you could take a minute to look at the documents my husband is providing for his UK visit visa (he has been refused before due to unexplained deposits). He is applying for a tourist visa and would be going alone.

-6 months bank statements but company and personal
-Etsy Receipts from January - August
-A tabular breakdown of all transactions from 500k above both inflow and outflow backed with as much invoices as possible
-Cover letter explaining how etsy funds are changed into naira and deposited into his account
-My British passport bio data page
-Our marriage certificate
-Daughters birth certificate (also a UK citizen)
-My employment letter and pay slips to show I am working in Nigeria even though I'm a UK citizen
-Our tenancy agreement.

Will this be sufficient enough to as the finance bit was what caused the previous denials. He gets large deposits in his account after changing dollars to naira from sales he has made from Etsy. In his last application he only mentioned it in his cover letter but did not provide etsy receipts and invoices to back this claim. How else can we prove his finances or what do you suggest we do?

giselle237:
I hope so too.. sometimes the visa officer sees it and acknowledges it, other times they see it and say even tho they acknowledge the receipts, they still feel applicant’s financial status is not reliable etc
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by bigtt76(f): 4:52pm On Aug 28, 2021
Funds resulting from sales are difficult classifying them as personal funds available for a trip. He needs to separate business funds from personal funds to start with

Business and personal money can not be mixing like that.. and with the reason of his last refusal due to unexplained deposits, why in a hurry to go back with same story?
Do read the thread and separate business form personal funds even if it takes 1 year to do this.
Also if his wife and child that are British wont be making d trip, what is the urgency in him wanting to so go touristing in same Britain without his family that are from there?

separate business and personal funds. Learn what others that present themselves as self employed do.
There are several examples on the thread.
For a personal trip, I believe personal acct shud suffice— otherwise wait for the self employed ppl to comment.
Also read the thread and ask those who recently towed this line if they presentd both
