Go to your village or to smaller towns. Lagos is just like abroad. Pray fervently. Searching for a woman is a marketing function which means the number of bad matches will outnumber the good ones.... attend young professionals events in Lagos (if you must search in Lagos). Try deeper life bible church.... develop a compatibility questionnaire and assess you and the girls compatibility.... be sure to make an informed decision... there is nothing like "love"

My own humble advice is don't marry because you are getting old, marry because you really want to be with her, not manage or just for marrying sake. Also don't ever think you know her completely even if you court for 100years. Good luck to you.

Even though I believe different strokes for different folks and that the best time to marry is when you feel ready and find the person, I think your mid thirties is a good time to commence a marital relationship.
