Ghana is one of our closest neighbours. We share so many things in common. It is also an English speaking country. Though the capital is pretty small but organised. I love the serenity in this country. People seems to be generally nice.

I remember my In-law driving me through Accra, and I had to ask, Is it that they don't use their car horns. He said they are not noisy like we Nigerians. Two weeks later, back and stepping out of Murtala Mohammed Airport. The sound of car horns everywhere. No place like 9ja

Because you were born & brought up in Nigeria, the environment has become a shithole to you, when you leave to other west Africa country, you call Nigeria a shithole country. The truth is that those west Africa countries can't stand Nigeria in terms of development.
Accra can't stand some of our cities let alone Lagos or Abj.
The only thing Ghana is good at is stable electricity & cohesion.

Even the so called stable light and cohesion are caused by the low population there.

Are they even up to 20 million people in Ghana?

There are many 'Ghanas' inside Nigeria - pockets of relative calm and contentment, from Akwa Ibom to Enugu States, Abuja, parts of Lagos state, Kaduna, Rivers etc etc.
