There is the German fruitcake i got addicted to from one of the local stores here. It is hard enough and I eat that thing all year long. The thing good, no be small..

I l love cake, just not the guilt and feeling that it's going straight to my thighs at the end of the day.

Fruit-cake allows me have the taste of cake without the guilt that goes along with it, leaving me with the sensation that like bread, I don't gotta worry about any extra pounds.

I can eat fruitcakes all year round, but cakes are limited to special occasions, for obvious health reasons.

I am aware that there are some people out there that absolutely hate fruitcakes. It is my contention that these people are “haters” from tradition rather than from experience. Give this Regal Fruitcake recipe a try this holiday season. I hope to change you from a fruitcake hater to a fruitcake lover!
