Frankly, VITAFOAM' financials presently ticks all the boxes. ...at least by a 70% accuracy. (3M to YE, 2021 in view)
It's a near perfect description of a fundamentally healthy coy.

√ Strong growth trajectory following an above risk-discounted delivery across all revenue and earnings line.

√ NET MARGIN growing at a faster pace than GROSS despite higher cost line... ensuring a sound AsY and AsQ.

√ Double digit growth in EM and AER.

√ Strong cash position (NCPS) on the back of a higher CCC and CGPR.

√ CA printing a premium to TL... following a faster growth in NCA compared to that of the latter line.

The last 3 line shows that these fellows must be making a lot of money.
Their product line most be selling real fast. (Compare days in inventory, ∆InvT, receivables and CCC)

I still remember when this coy was trading for btw N5-6 with many investors apparently not interested in it.
Am guessing the move to restructure their business model and expand into other basic home valuables while increasing their footprint into few other African countries was the game changer!

The price of the coy has already gone up quite a bit.
Think it was the 3rd best performing stock (up by over 188%) in 2021... only behind Morison Ind and RoyalEx Insurance.

For Traders, there are ways to play around coys like this given that it's YE dividend declaration is yet to be implemented. (think Feb 14-18 and 11 marks the closure date and QD respectively)
For investors, it might be best to hold... but keep a close watch on their quarterly report to observe any change in trajectory.
H1 2022 report will be KEY!

In VITAFOAM, I believe!

Using a mix of valuation model that adopts a conservative approach assuming zero growth to YE, 2O22, and attaches a premium net of surrounding risk, I have a FVE of N31.4
...still a BUY from my end.

CAVEAT: Due diligence still applies as always.
My advise? ...pls do well to follow your instinct.

Kudos @ currentprice for spotting this nice piece!
It is well.

This "chief" has probably finished selling for today.
...up by approx 10% and already on full bid @ N24.4. wink cheesy grin

It is well.

Hopefully, we should be expecting the result on 18th February 2022.

In the case of UCAP and GTCo, I think you should leave your UCAP especially since you entered at very good junction.
You may liquidate another stock to enter GTCO.......but not UCAP.

Pls note that this is purely my opinion.

In all of these TOTAL good performance and price appreciation, who knows what 11 PLC price would be at this time. They just rushed and delisted at a paltry 213.9 at a time when they were even in better stability than Total.

very true but the ones who come here to make noise don't know anything about shorting. Most are limited by the fintech apps they use.

In a sane clime, we would've been joining some of these coys to go private when they want to leave... that's if they will. wink cheesy grin
Delisting often appears a quick means to rob off from minority investors here. ...oftentimes its brokered when after a long wait, the "real meal is suppose to be served"
A big part of the blame is on our capital market operators and policymakers/regulators. ...they have failed to protect the interest of the common investor to say the least!

I remember telling folks not to sell their stake in NEAREST ASL (former airline services and logistics) because the company was making so much money at the time but wanted to gift investors with peanuts.

At present, I am suspecting COURTVILLE.
...those guys are making good money, but now planning to delist.
Someone has been strategically mopping up/accumulating from the sideline @ 60k.
We shall wait to see what meal they serve. (MTO price peg in view)

The NSE is that place where you'll need to understand and interpret the many "melodies that's been played to manage your way up"

It is well.

They saw it coming. They now have all the profit to themselves. Price appreciation doesnt matter to them right now. If and whenever they decide to list, it would be on a massive scale.

UCAP not releasing result today would be odd sha ..just saying
** There are rules guiding submission of final financial reports in NSE.
** It's not compulsory for any company to file UNAUDITED REPORT within 30 days after financial year end.
** A Company may decide to file AUDITED once and for all........within 60 days......
** Those filing UNAUDITED will still submit AUDITED..........but within 90days now.

If you noticed, except FCMB, ETI and NPF, none of the banks submit UNAUDITED FY report, some companies also did not.

So, UCAP is still in order........and I still expect them to be the first Company to submit AUDITED Q4 Financial Report ......... smiley
