Stakeholders like Shettima are talking, you a nuisance on Nairaland think you have an opinion. Your Igboness is too obvious to see even that the most unintelligent person can decipher within a twinkle of an eye. Giving yourself a stupid moniker like hisbah is just too easy to spot who you are to a discerning mind. Heaven knows Tinubu is not my kettle of fish but this stupid blackmail by some of you guys from the South East to get Presidential ticket of a party you love to hate so much will be matched with resistance.

Lol.. is that what you guys depends to console yourself?

How will tinubu win presidential election when he is not getting APC ticket?

You’re either a kid or just arguing emotionally cos most of your posts are senseless - no one can authoritatively state who would get the parties presidential tickets

The way some of these Yoruba people reason makes me wonder.

Shebi NE does not know how to vote one of their own president.
Meaning you Igbos have conceded the PDP ticket to the NE, Atiku, but suddenly Yoruba is the enemy.

Yes but no but one region can't win on it's own, hence with APC the North/SW alliance is done. North 8 years, SW 8 years turn by turn both as President and VP.

The North and SW are the most patriotic Nigerians and they more in similar than the SE.

In your wildest imagination. So the North can't align with the SS/SE? You yorubas make me laugh

You find it hard to fight out a presidential ticket from a party you've supported for 22 years but your anger is that Yorubas are preventing you from getting same ticket from a party you hate so much and called all sort of derogatory names. Imagine such level of cowardice. Nawa.

Tibubu sowed Love across the Nation, that is he is ribbing it now.

Northeast won't reject Tinubu.

He supported Atiku and Nuhu Ribadu.

He supported Ahmad Lawan to be Senate President. He supported Inuwa Yahaya amongst others.

NE are said to be Promise Keepers. They are backbone of Buhari since his Governance there. Tinubu supported Buhari against all insults from his southern brothers.

Four regions are assured. With three regions in pocket.
The way you Tinubu supporters think ehn, supported which Inuwa? oga I am from Gombe and it is Senator Danjuma Goje that singlehandedly worked for the emergence of Inuwa Yahaya and they are not even on good terms currently

Single handedly supported Inuwa?

But to discuss this I would like to know which L.g.a you're from.

Do you think Goje could single handedly support Inuwa against Dan Kwambo,Jamil Gwamna and Bayero Nafada?

Your l.g.a will be good for example. Because yo u know all the wards and the politicians in your l.g.a.

I am not Tinubu supporter by the way.

But I could tell anything logically.

Let's see if you're following Gombe state politics and history.

This debate will be very nice.

Mid-West is still West. This is what I'm trying to tell the IGBOS who claim SS are with them to pull down the great West. The Mid Westerners are not Easterners.
CSTRR:

The last time I checked, the Midwest revolted under the yoruba marginalization and broke off from the western domination under awolowo to become the midwest.

You are living in a dreamland.

It is not longer Midwest.
It's now called the South South along with the likes of bayelsa, Rivers, Akwaibom, Crossriver who were formerly part of the old Eastern region.

The current guvernor of Delta State is called Ifeanyi Okowa.

There is nothing Yoruba in that name.

South South Yes but they are historically mid West and Western Nigeria, was Rotimi Ameachi not a govern of rivers, I'm talking history you are talking about individuals and names. Okowa is Delta Igbo and also there is Delta Yorubas RMD, Omawumi, orisafemi, oritsejafor, OLU of Warri are a few prominent Delta Yorubas commonly knows as itsekiri. OBA of Benin will deliver his land to his kinsmen in the West and that's reality. Oshiomole will do the work.

They are no longer Midwestern.

They fought to leave the Midwest.
They are now in a union with a seperate group of States that were formerly Eastern.

Why is this difficult to understand?

Their interests are not Yoruba-centric.

You can vote whoever you want.

But know in 2023 and beyond, the rest of the south will not carry placard to protest on behalf of the North.

Carry your burden yourselves.

We can't pity who no pity himself.

When El rufai and other northern elites were calling the south south drunkards just because of Jonathan, you were a baby then?
BTW, that unity you think you want on your own terms will not happen anytime soon.

A South West candidate is not the wish of the southern majority and will not get our support even if he wins.

So whichever way, you will lose, either in the short or long run.
A United Nigeria will not happen on your terms.

I see you are pained. Enjoy it. Lastly what terms are you implying as none was suggested. Just paying back a good turn and If it hurts you, try the nearest transform.

Go and tell buhari to endorse a candidate from south west na.

We are already doing that, Shettima is already drumming that into the political space and a lot of Northern elders are doing likewise.

PMB delay maybe to avoid an implosion in the party because if he declares sooner the opposition and some APC members would obviously react negatively.

Regardless I get to vote.

Pained?

Not as pained as you will be though by the time your Leaders start crying that Nigeria is not United and some people want to break the country.

The North and West Alliance is set to rule Nigeria for 50yrs minimum. I don't see Yoruba giving Igbo power and I don't see Hausa giving Igbo power.

The two largest ethnic group are in Alliance.
The rest of the nation are automatically relegated all they can do is cry foul.

I decided to respond b/c your last comment showed me where the debate would lead us to.

You just responded to me without reading well. I mentioned Gwamna(Decampee),Dan Kwmabo(PDP outgoing governor), Goje(APC chieftain), Inuwa(Shining contestant) altogether in single comment.

But you responded with unrelated comment. Telling me that Gwamna decamped just after primaries.

So Dan Kwambo was APC member?

By reading well, you'll see that I am talking about the election generally. The way Ganduje was saved.

I thought I were talking not to layman.

Since you concluded that I knew nothing in Gombe state,I said ok.

maybe you should check your comment again, you said against Dankwambo,Gwamna and Bayero, when Gwamna was in Inuwa's camp during the main election,
actually you can't compare Ganduje to Inuwa,Ganduje was rigged in,Inuwa won fairly that Is why PDP didn't even bother going to court as it is the culture with Nigerian politics, again Sir I put it to you that Tinubu played no role whatever in the emergence of Inuwa Yahaya and I will be open to superior arguments if you can prove otherwise

Is that how other countries build positivity.?

Upset indeed. The elite are playing there games. Also if remember correctly the south did same thing and said worse during the turn of Jonathan so don't try to be naive about happenings.

Lastly folks like you find it comforting to say North for every individual or groups opinion but somehow never remember to say the south when same is done by individuals or group in the south. You call them by there names.

Your problem is pain. Where were you when some people in the South clamour for jettisoning zoning ? Something that had worked in the PDP...Were you unborn or still dreaming?

Again I am not with whatever line of thinking you have and I believe in keeping promises. Don't twist my position or thoughts on the issues. God willing am voting any creditable SW candidate once they have decided. Any Northern candidate that emerges doesn't have my vote QED. I don't need you/ care what negativity you have in your head to decide for me nor any Northern group or elite to tell me who to vote. Go and vote shikenan as you want and stop disturbing me.
