Your friend is insecure. He can't woo an older woman because he is not fit enough too, financially or intellectually. He wants someone he can dominate and tell all sorts of rubbish and the girl will swallow hook line and sinker. If it bothers you so much you have only 2 options. Manage your friend the way he is or quit the friendship.
