The hotel is totally liable in this instance. A 4 star hotel should have a 24 hr CCTV footage of the corridor and should spot everyone who entered the room she was lodged in, and take proper action.

From their response, the hotel didn't deny that the incident happened. They termed it a "personal case, and that the authorities are following it up.

The hotel should show the world the cctv footage, cos it's a 4 or 5 star hotel.
