You’re only a Christian by face and not at heart. You just go to church and take the pastor work in the name of working to earn for a living.

If you know who Jesus is or you have a personal encounter with him you can never go back into that.

I am not a pastor but I’ve seen the A lot of unworthy miracles happening to me. I have a gift of dreams and sometimes I feel like I have seeing a particular scene before it happened and I can predict what would happened next.

In my formative years, we were three fiery brothers practising Christianity in Iwo town -- two of us very poor, but with strange will to survive. After secondary education and with nothing to live for, first among us was a talented beggar. As the second guy, my mother is late, and my father's whereabout was unknown. So, the first guy and I were living in one of the three houses I knew belonged to the father of the 3rd guy, but the father didn't care about the 3rd guy, though. The first guy is a genius in gathering monies through request for "urgent 2k" -- we lived on this for years.

Miraculously, I and the 3rd guy obtained degrees in science and administration respectively; the first guy obtained a degree in theology and became the chaplain of a university Chapel.

But those days as a fiery Christian, I lost 40% of my hearing. The last time I visited the first guy of a chaplain, he needed me to source urgent 5k for him. Just this morning, the 3rd guy called me that he has bone fractures and is receiving treatment at the Ogbomosho general hospital. He needs money at least for feeding, but none is forthcoming. Let me add that the first guy is in Baptist, I was in Winners Chapel while the 3rd guy is a Mountain of Fire adherent.

Then I joined the ministry in Winners Chapel. Oratory is still my best physical gift -- those in Winners Chapel Adeeke, Iwo in 2005 will remember me by the name Yinka. I had studied the scriptures from "paali to paali"; prayer sessions I handled those days looked like wartime events. While in the university, I was sent to pastor a new church in another town and did so successfully. But when I started full-time ministry, what you would usually call hosts of hell came banging at my door. They would tell me what would happen the following day and they would come to pass. They would tell me Mr A was at my door while I was still sleeping by 6:30am and that would be so.

Later, those spirits told me why I am on earth, and if I neglect my path, I would regret being born. They said I'm a Babalawo by design. I quickly went on overdrive binding "thoughts that may setup their selves against God's knowledge and every disobedience..." Then I would hear strange laughter of a group of persons suggesting the spirits were many. Then I traveled to see a primary school mate who is making waves as a general overseer of a church. All his prayers or deliverance made no difference.

Then voices started threatening me and commanded me to go to a village whose name I never heard hitherto saying that someone is waiting for me there. I googled the name of the town and I found it. I went there because previous messages didn't fail. I met the person and the priestess gave a stern warning that refusing to work for the gods would be a deadly decision. I accepted the calling right away.

But divination is not that easy to learn. I know someone who spent eight years on it. I became a pro within five months by some rare twists of events and within nine months, I became a full-blown Babalawo.

I'm tempted to say that Christians practice something different from what the Bible taught me. In 2020, my daughter was on life support at Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomosho. The bills were clearly beyond what my 50k salary could handle. I requested for help from the church hierarchy by calling the district pastor, and he said I should follow a correct route in channelling my request. I replied that I first of all called the area pastor who directed me and gave me his number to call. The district pastor started sounding offensive. That was why I came to nairaland and made a thread for help.

https://www.nairaland.com/5637056/meconium-aspiration-syndrome-baby

A nairalander sent a huge amount of money to me in the following thread to clear hospital bills.

https://www.nairaland.com/5641659/leave-patient-hospital-because-lack#86385594

I tendered a resignation letter in Winners Chapel in 2021 with two weeks notice. Before the notice elapsed and till today, I never heard anything from them about my resignation. But when the district church mistakenly paid a sum of money into my bank account after I had left (that money ought to be sent to the current pastor of the church) I told the accountant and he asked me to refund it immediately. While working there, I never had any history of misconduct. They treated me as though I never existed; that action reduced me to a new low, lower than the basest of animals...

The following advice is indispensable: life is not all about money; you're here on a certain assignment.

Going by the scripture which reads,
Luke 9:62
“Jesus replied, ‘No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”

And,

Proverbs 24:10
“If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

It showed you were never a strong Christian, you always had doubt and fears about who you are and who’s vineyard you are working upon. It also shows you were a lukewarm Christian.

These are the kinds of people God warns Christians about.

Well, good luck in your endeavors.

You are blaming God for not saving u at the time of need, but from your write up God saved you but you did not see it because you were blinded.

You went to your pastor to borrow money but they rejected you, borrow oh not give I am emphasising, you were not given, but you posted it on Nairaland and out of divine providence someone you did not know from Adam paid your hospital bill and even asked you to keep the change and you still do not see the hand of God in this, just because you were blinded.

Yes you have gifts, u can hear or commune with spirits or whatever but the Bible made us to understand that this are lesser beings, lesser beings do not solve problems they predict with the information available to them. Just like the case of Jesus, from information available to the devil he decided the best course of action was to kill Jesus, not knowing it was his death that would bring eternal life to mankind. What you have yielded yourself to are lesser spirits in the hierarchy of spiritism/spirituality. You took the easiest way out, when God was still training you. Spirits be telling you you were designed to serve them where they the one that created you.

For your friend you went to meet to deliver you that was wrong, very wrong, it would not work why because you really needed no deliverance, even if you did as you were passing through the challenges, I mean spiritual challenges, what you would have done was to meet the pastor in charge of your zone to explain to him, why because that is were you are planted as a Christian and you receive your food from, they would have figured it out with you.

I have a lot to type but let me just summarise by saying this your church owe you nothing, but God owed you everything because of his promises, the Bible said we should call on him in times of need not call on your church, you were under training from God and you just left it because of your unbelief. You would have become a great Man of God in the future but you settled for peanuts.

The truth is that, your body is telling you, you made the wrong decision, hence the reason for this thread.I were you the first thing I will do is to rededicate your life to God not to your church, look for another church with a strong Bible school, explain everything to them, ask to attend their Bible school because it is obvious you know nothing concerning the Bible may know the letters as a pastor but ( the letter kills, but it is the spirit that gives life). And seek the face of God.

Peace be onto you brother
Come, dem use foolishness swear for some of una? The way most Nigerians reason when it comes to religion na why pastors dem dey use una catch cruise. See how you're making up excuses for them. Chai! Dem don use some of una brain play straight win. cheesy cheesy

Hmmmmm it's well.

So I see so many people dropping quotes, condemnation here and there.
This life, people who haven't being through what someone suffered will just be dropping advice. But when and if you passed through what the person , you'll be more sympathetic.

Yinka, I understand you've gone through a lot. I went through the threads when your daughter was sick, and how hospitaldoc graciously paid the bills with extras. Indeed yinka, you are a man, and I'm convinced a very good man. Indeed you are blessed. Very blessed. Your case is an example of, why do bad things happen to good people.

If indeed your former church did what they did, it is very unfair and wicked in the sight of God. Like you rightly said before, christians don't really practice what they should. That was the issue Jesus has with the religious leaders of his time. Hypocrisy of the highest order. It is well again.

A lot has, and will be said about your decision.i won't condemn you. I'll just say, I totally understand. Truth was that, you fell for a very cordinated and well planned trick. Partly out of fear, pains, discouragement, uncertainty, frustration and languishing. Many prophets of God feel for such and are falling.
Elijah had his moments of confusion also.
The disciples of Jesus had theirs too.
Jeremiah had his too... Times when it seems God had turned his back on us.

Like I said earlier, I won't condemn you. Never. For perhaps in the sight of God, you might even be more worthy or righteous than the rest of people condemning or saying you were never a Christian etc. (It's easy for a civilian who has never seen battle to condemn a solider who ran away from the battlefield).

But I have just one last thing to say.
On the 17th of June, 2011, at exactly 3:24am, you posted something on your Facebook page.
What you posted is my own response to you.
Read it again, perhaps unknown to even you, you posted it for a time like this.

God bless you brother. May God give us grace to stand , because it's not by he that willeth, or he that runneth, but by God that showeth mercy. For indeed, we have no have no power of our own.

It's well. Amen.

Lol. The post is here attached.

1.Satan tempted you. He sent his agents to communicate with you and you fell for the temptation and threats.
You claimed to read the Bible "paali to paali" yet you didn't learn from Job's story. Did you pass through a quarter of what Job went through?

2. You were never a "fiery Christian" as u claimed.
You only thought you were a "fiery Christian" probably because you were a perpetual and dedicated "Church goer" who never really encountered God and holy spirit.

3. You obviously took mission job to survive like so many other so called Pastors that we have seen in this country in recent times.May God save your soul.
1. If you yourself had learnt from Job's story, you wouldn't have attempted to blame the OP'S choice on Satan. Op is no different from the 10s of millions churchians out there who pretend in the nane of God every other day of week bowing to pastors and mogs. undecided

2. There's no such thing as a "fiery" Christian. You are either a follower of Jesus Christ, one who continuously submits to and obeys the teachings(and commandments) of Jesus Christ, or you are just a child of the devil. It is that simple. If you don't believe at all, no worries! undecided

3. Mission job? Even that is a lie since Jesus Christ made it overtly clear that no one who belongs to Him works for perishable food - John 6 vs 25 - 33 - which your mission Jobs offer you. undecided

Do you think he is not living right because he turned to babalawo. I believe you will see some babalawos in heaven on the last day and many pastors in hell fire
That's impossible. This since the Kingdom of God is a Kingdom ruled over by Jesus Christ, God's agreement/contrary and Covenant. So it is designed only for those who live their lives in continuous submission and obedience to the teachings(and commandments) of Jesus Christ alone. undecided

There are other heavens out there... there is the Muslim heaven, probably a babalawo heaven etc. You go to the heaven of the deity you serve pretty much. undecided

1. Exactly, many "Christians" are deep into religion but empty in spiritual matters. There are God fearing babalawos just as there are satanic evil pastors.

2. God is the creator of the universe, he works in different ways and with many powers.
when Christ said "in my fathers house there are many mansions" many christians will interpret this verse literally.

3. An evil spirit came from God to torment Saul, yet many Christians believe that evil spirits only come from hell... pastors have failed Christians as they have not lead them in the ways of the spirit.
1. Given that all your Pastors and Mogs are all of them babalawos anyone , what you are insinuating is that they are,all of them , of God, contradicting your claim that some are satanic evil pastors. undecided

Look, anyone who does not live his existence in continuous submission to and obedience of the teachings(and commandments) of Jesus Christ, does not belong to Jesus Christ, no matter how much the one fears God with his mouth and mind. All your pastors and mogs are false teachers and false prophets and so they don't belong to Jesus Christ to begin with the reason being they all do that which is against Jesus Christ by their practices aka their fruits to begin with. undecided

2. And the same creator gave to you one Law, Jesus Christ - the same Law which was planted in the garden of Eden in the beginning - , stipulating that only those who live by that Law are of Him. undecided

3. God never sent your pastors to begin with. He never asked any man to build churches in His name nor did He command any man to attend your churches in His name. Your church traditions violate God's Law since you do that which God never commanded using His name. undecided

Going by the scripture which reads,
....
1. It showed you were never a strong Christian, you always had doubt and fears about who you are and who’s vineyard you are working upon. It also shows you were a lukewarm Christian.

2. These are the kinds of people God warns Christians about. Well, good luck in your endeavors.
1. Stop deceiving yourselves. Strong Christian.... lukewarm Christian.... doubting ..... look only one kind of follower of Jesus Christ, and they are those who live their existence in continuous submission and obedience of the teachings(and commandments) of Jesus Christ. Any other kind are children of the devil, those who are antichrist in their submission. undecided

2. The only kind of people God earned His followers to steer clear of are the false teachers and false prophets aka your pastors and mogs of today. Those are the only people.. undecided

For crying out loud we have over a thousand religion around the world with thousand names of God , what makes you think your religion is the most superior ? It's really absurd and moronic when you think anyone that doesn't practice your religion will go to hell undecided the whitemen that enslaved us with this mentality really tried I swear
What is instead absurd and moronic is believing what you hear without seeking out the facts for yourself. undecided

The Christian God's Heaven and Hell only houses those who are born-again .i.e. those who gain access to His Kingdom. So why worry yourself about their Heaven and their Hell when you cannot have any of it by virtue of not believing in the Christian God? undecided

2. Pray to God to for an encounter, go to YouTube and search for videos of spiritual Awakening. Don't wait brother start now. Their are millions that needs to be liberated back to God. May the spirit of the Lord be with you
1. Meaning God and Jesus Christ lied then when They said only those who are born-again are born of Spirit? undecided

2. Special tools outside of Jesus Christ? How is any of what you claim different from what the OP has revealed here? undecided
