Economic World War III

As if I knew they were planning the ban. Imagine.

With this ban in effect, watch as NASDAQ and all tech dependent indexes around the globe will flash to zero.

The heavy weights of NASDAQ (apple, nvidia and other big tech firms) will hear ween next week.

Thank God that NSE doesn't even have these advanced techy stocks. Make we dey manage our hoe and cutlass stocks.

US just needs to beg Russia. Soon many people that will be affected will start to give Zelensky bad sliding tackle now. It is the start of the end of the techy West once this goes into effect.

I am talking about my father,he doesn't have a will and I needed meristem probate services direct contact since they have refused to reply my mails or contact of any of their staff to know how they can assist me with letter of administration.

why don't you go to the high court probate registry where he died and ask for how to go about it? You need medical certificate of death and at least 2 administrators. Forms need to be filled and official fees paid. They will put you through at the probate registry. You don't need a go between

Kindly go ahead and use them (Meristem Registrars and Probate services limited)

Slimdove:
@ Pa Emma I lost my loved one and I am the next of kin to his account at Union Bank and other assests
Can Meristem Registrars & Probate Services handle such services incase if I want to do the transfer of the fund to my account and other assets as the beneficiary.

Or should I use the state probate office but if they can handle such services I will prefer to use them.i need clarifications

If your loved one did not leave a will behind. You and your brothers will become administrators of his estate if you have brothers.

If you are only son, you need to process Letter of Administration (LA).

Lawyers usually prepare LA. It is advisable to use a lawyer in the same state that your loved one lived and died in.

You can also use Meristem. Compare what the 2 will charge you and use the one you can afford.

They will explain the process to you.

It could take months to process

Letter of Administration (LA as it is generally called) is not prepared by a lawyer! It is prepared by the Probate Registrar of the State High Court.

Your surest bet is to approach the Probate Registry. It takes between 3 and 4 months before it's finally issued. If a lawyer is handling the processing for you it takes longer because of the back and forth of providing one more information or the other. It also saves you from unnecessary costs and fees. It's not every lawyer that's familiar with the process but they won't tell you and won't give it the attention it requires.

Bolded is absolutely untrue. Lawyers only apply on people's behalf and nothing stops you from going there to apply yourself at the probate registry of the high court. Its just like saying because lawyers help to register business names at cac an individual can't do so.

By buying low and selling high. When ever your see your target stock falling, wait till its done falling and buy. Sell when it rises.

Thank you for pointing that out.

I used a lawyer for mine. I am not aware that any person can go and get it.

I said a lot of things, it is the only typo you went to highlight. grin

What about the other things I said?
