True. I use Epik but honestly, Dan is a more innovative company. I remember an end user asking me if he could pay in 4 installments. The domain was registered with Epik so I tried to set up that 4 installmental payments in Epik but I couldn't. I only saw minimum 12 months i.e one year. I had to move to Dan where one could set up any type of installmentals you want. Also, I've had some experiences where some Americans would say, "I can't buy with Epik".

find out what works for you. I prefer putting a buy now price at my landing page then do outbounding. Many of them don't have time for long and counter negotiations. Note as a newbie, don't price beyond $500 for now.

1st and 2nd follow ups should go with an enticing discounts with a limited offer except you want to wait for a long time before a sale.

For me anytime I price around $650-$999 I always give room for them to make an offer and some of them always do. You may likely get replies like this from potential buyers

I have an enduser who indicated interest in a domain and requested to pay via bitcoin, I asked him to follow the domain link and click on Buy now and select bitcoin as he payment method (Epik) I don't know shall if they accept bitcoin as payment for aftermarket domains.

He replied again that he wants to pay via bitcoin, i then sent him a wallet id to pay into once he makes payment I release code for domain

He replied Yes.

I withdraw to payoneer from Dan takes 5 mins and payoneer straight to grey and it only takes an hour...payoneer does the conversion....and am not certain grey would receive usd for a gbp account....you can complain to grey customer service when they open tomorrow.....

It as been said several times on this thread that “Shorter Is Better” if you see a domain name where four or more Endusers are using the longer version, that alone as given the name huge credibility. I will throw all other metrics out of the window and Buy the name. Good luck!

You are right, although I chatted with Dan cc one time like that.. I was told to change my account settings from $ to that of £ for you to receive payment through pounds.. that's the best thing to do all your listing will be in pounds..

I know of this option. Most end users won't be comfortable having prices in pounds. Since most of our end users use $. That means conversion & all of that.

That doesn't help mentally neither will it help in hitting the BIN.

How do you transfer fund from your PayPal account to your UBA dollar card connected to your PayPal?

The last time I withdrew from PayPal to my UBA dollar card,UBA automatically converted the fund to Naira with their exchange rate.

Connect to Paypal and transfer funds to it.

Withdraw cash over the counter in bank.

Locate aboki or other exchangers that buy dollar cash, get black market rate.

In my case, I was lucky the bank guy happens to also be an exchanger. That way, I just initiate the withdrawal, then go home. He sends the naira equivalent straight to my bank at the parallel market rate.

Two days ago, a buyer asked to take my domain for $250; I agreed. He went to check whois and saw registrant country from Nigeria. I am sure You know how it ends...Buyer fled for his Life...Lol

There is just one thing I find very funny, this buyers knows afternic, Dan and they know this brokers are legit. Still, once they discovered you are from Nigeria, they just don't want to hear anything anymore. Not even the legitimacy of this brokers can save you. Nigerians scare the shít out of them.
