i respect your contribution on the canada immigration section chief,but I personally know 2 PR holders who got rejected for US visiting visa.

I was in Toronto10 years back when one of them shared her experience with me. From what she shared i am not sure the USA immigration really rates Canada PR holders that much.

well they may have done things in the past. Like giving birth while on visit visa etc. everyone i know here including those on student visa were given. I was also given easily. I also got for uk without submitting any special documents. No invitation, no hotel booking, just bank statements lol
