Those who apply for UK long-term visas (5 or 10 years) in the past. Were you able to make a payment with your ATM card?

Just want to know how to make payment for the visa

Dom account or make plans for a friend abroad to assist when needed.

Your questions will be best answered under the student section.

Anyway those are straight forward questions. The answer should be either Yes or No. pick the right answer as applicable to you. You don’t have to lie.

As per your contact details. I believe this will be the school contact information.

thanks

Please has anyone here travelled to the UK with Knorr or Maggi cubes, chicken or beef flavour? Were you allowed to take them in? Any special declarations to make on or before landing?

Hi, thanks for checking up. They responded in August 2022 since February 2022 overturn, though the issues were cleared based on the previous AR, unfortunately, another error was made by the case worker and I have no option but to fight it again as the record needs to be set straight. It might be longer, but never bowing to immigration law manipulation.

dippyyoo:

Hi @DFmum and @waleshadow.. any updates? Dependant kids just got sorted end of July for an AR overturned 21st February. Visas gotten now.

No issue with these items. You don't require any form of declaration.

No issue. Pack as many as you want. Don't carry for anybody please - for security reasons.

Hello house, my question is to those on this thread that have gone through all the process. I did my biometric on the 23rd of August. Since it's assisted service my employer is the one that paid for everything and updating me. Got a mail from my employer on the 4th of this month September with an attachment they received from UKVI that say congratulations my application has been successfully for a 5 years visa for starting from September 1st of this month. The problem is now today is 13th and I'm yet to receive any further communication from UKVI to pick up my passport with the vignette. Those who have idea should please let me know if it takes this long for pickup after letter of approval.

Pgift:
Is it possible to arrive UK on the expiry date on the vignette...if yes, can I still pick up BRP after the expiry date on vignette.

Vignette is valid till 15th of September. Due to an important issue I plan leaving Nigeria on the 14th September to arrive UK on the 15th September.
Will I be allowed entry at POE and can I still pick BRP after vignette validity while already in the Uk.?

Pls anyone with idea on this..

As long as you enter by 15. If you read the letter for your successful visa application. Its clearly stated that your visa validity is within 90 days which you will have to get your BRP or within 10 days of your arrival in the UK, whichever is later. Now emphasis is on OR, so you've failed to meet up with the 90 days but 10 days after YES. Just my opinion based on my own letter

Good morning my Nairalanders. I am new to the house.

I did my bio on the 25th of July.I got the below email about 2 weeks ago-It was after my second request for update using the paid mail services. Up till now, I have not gotten any response from the UKVI. Please I need superior views about what to expect and what more I can do. Guru's in the house please lend me your opinion.
Thank you

Dear

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

Your visa applications are with a decision maker and currently awaiting a decision, this is the final step before receiving your decision.

Visit visas, including standard visitor visa applications, are currently taking on average 7 weeks to process, however some applications might take longer.

We are working hard to process applications to get back to the 3-week service standard. Please access Visa decision waiting times: applications outside the UK - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) for more information.

We completely understand how frustrating these delays are and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please continue to check your email including your junk and spam folders for further updates.
