I have been battling with my GCMS note for some days now just to know how best I can send ircc a webform/email to tackle the paragraph marked in red.

1) Expired LOA: I have sent ircc updated LOA for August 23 intake no acknowledgement from them before the note.

2) Non NSE: Passport will expire before the end of stay. My passport will expire July 23 that is like 9month from now. (I want to start application for renewal but the timeframe for passport nowadays is getting me worried. Please advise.

3) Saving (POF): *LUMP SUM* I have decided to resubmit all backing documents and add more receipt/invoice for bulk transaction. Please advise.

They clam I didn't provide history for fix deposit which did but I will send it again.

You can apply and get your pr with a 1 yr pgwp, it's only a race against time because you would have to get a job, get other requirements in place, get in the pool and wait for pr all in a yr.

It's doable because people have done it successfully.

Alot has been discussed about SOP both at the beginning of this thread and the previous.There's no particular format.However, your SOP must capture the following;
**Brief profile of yourself

** Why you chose Canada for your study,your school and program taking cognizance of your 1st degree/professional experience and long-term career/goals eg Is your program in high demand in your home country.Its important you paint a picture of how your program will give you an edge (in the labour market) within your home country

**Proof of funds: You state the funds available for your program which must include atleast 1year Tuition fees,living expenses of 10,000CAD plus 4,000 CAD as miscellaneous expenses and you must demonstrate in clear terms how you intend to pay your fees and other expenses (if your program is morethan one year)

*** Home and Economic ties....... Discuss all that you have in your home country that would make you come back after your program which include you family, properties,and offer letters of jobs etc.

I applied for a one year master's program in Canada at MUN. Now I have deferred my admission to next intake which is September 2023. Also I have sent a webform for the updated admission letter via webform.
If the VISA application is approved this month what is the implication to this since I will resuming next September.

I will appreciated if this is answered with well detailed explanation.

Is your new start date more than 150 days after your previous start date?

If it's not more than 150 days, you don't have to inform IRCC.

If it's more than 150 days, you can send a webform at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi and an email to nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca

My suggestion is that you keep sending the documents to them via webform.. you can do this twice a day for a whole week.

I think it's much harder now though.. because the CRS cut off for EE has been quite high this year.

I think MyVc will have to try and get a PNP if he decides to go for a 1 year program.
