You are not sure of your take home because of consistent deductions and penalty on your salary the GMD treats staffs like animals, and doesn't give any regards boring meetings every day and complains no staff recognitions, achievement or promotion the HR and the Admin system are handicap, what they only do is constant HIRING and FIRING no benefit, no HMO, no 13th month benefit , no overtime benefit your salary can be blocked ,seized or be downsized by the GMD.

Labour needs to shut down the company

This write up came up about a week after I resumed at Ama-Zuma and we were out of job just after two months.. I will specially create a thread on how they operate there... They don't pay on time and massive deduction is been made on your salary as much as 30% like the above person stated and sometimes you will be frustrated to let go about more than half of your salary because they always pay close to two weeks into the new month. During interviews, you will be given huge salary but time to pay the deduction starts and apart from that the MD does not approve money for daily needs and if you don't meet up with those things you are damned and if you do, it will be with your own personal money and you will also be damned because you will be questioned on why you did not wait for approval thereby making you lose that amount apart from the automatic 30% deduction.

In addition, the mode of Sacking is by indefinite suspension after the deduction of 30% and nobody will get in touch with again, while you will be at home thinking you still have a job.

The worst company to work with currently is Hush'D, the MD is a mad raving single frustrated mother. Last month she sacked five staff in one day. The company is so toxic that most of the staff work on egg shells.
Infact the company has been in existence for 7 seven years but has sacked more than 25 staff. Nobody is spared including her own blood sister.
I will not advise anyone to work in that company for their own Good...

You see those Western companies, dem dey try at least to align with labour laws from their own countries. They hardly drop their standards, no matter the location they find themselves because a fellow countryman can easily sue them for exploitation.
But a Chinese company will thrive where labour laws are weak. In fact they love it the most. Most illegal miners caught in some Northern states so far are Chinese. That speak volumes.

Some of our Nigerian bossses are more wicked than the foreigners that's why they can't do anything on behalf of their own people , people coming from other countries to use us as slaves in our own very country . Very true , one of my colleagues also said the same thing , her own was a spa , as at that time she was a corper , when she heard the happy ending part , she asked them what they meant by giving your customers or clients a happy ending , they explained to her , she said ,that was the last day they saw her ...
