Complain to the bank. They credited your Naira account based on the prevailing exchange rate.

Zenith bank works. UBA on the other hand didn't work for me.

Customs clearance is unpredictable. This period alone is the busiest time for them because there are loads of parckages arriving the country everyday which could result in backlogs of orders .n their warehouse. So they might want to apply FIFO (First in first out) method in the clearance. Therefore , be patient.

I have 4 orders to be delivered by speedaf all are self pickup. But the problem is they are all arriving at different time.
1 is available for self pickup since Friday
1 is at Lagos distribution center on it way to Ib
Another one is in custom clearance
While the last one is in transit.

Now the problem is that transport from my place to speedaf office is over 2k, I don't know if speedaf can just chill for like 2-3wks so that I'll just pick all the 4 once

Check your mailbox for notification from speedaf. Price for door delivery service is usually included in the mail

I don't know what help you need again cause everything was spelled out, you need to contact Aliexpress support so they'll confirm that they didn't charge you for anything then you use the screenshot to contact UBA

The first time my package experienced such a delay was when it spent about 9 days before it was finally cleared. And all things being equal, the present clearance should exceed that.
