Have you visited the migration website of each state to submit expression of interest?

Other than that, if you don't have 20 points from English, try to redo it to go above 65 points and submit for 189 too.

Not all of them. Do you mean I should submit EOIs even if my occupation is not nominated in those states?

Okay! Thanks.

1. First, there is a genuine reason for the inability to provide the pension and tax documents. So, my question is, can you make one Statutory Declaration document stating proofs and why you're unable to provide the tax and pension informations, (inside one Statutory Declaration document)? i.e one Stat. Decla. document for both tax and pension.

Do you get?

2. Second, if the payments were made by hand (cash), can you still make a payslip for it?

Thanks.

Yes, you can use one stat declaration for both
yes, cash payment is not an exemption for payslip, pension or tax statement.

The invitation was from NSW - 190 provincial nomination
First, you have provided wrong information on your EOI. So your ITA is invalid. If you proceed, your application will be refused.
This is because you have provided incorrect infromation on the English result to claim the 5 points.

Also note that you will not be getting another invitation from NSW within the next 12 months.
Good luck to you

Also, in this Statutory Declaration template, there is

"Declarant Name" and "Your Name"

What is the difference between the two? What/who is the "Declarant name" and who/what is the "Your name"?

Thanks
you may have to ask them at the court or if there is anyone who can help here.

@ tunlex @ belong, made a similar mistake but mine wasn't deliberate. In my eoi I mistakenly answered yes when asked about Australian Qualification requirement, thinking they asked if my qualification is recognized by Australia for immigration purpose. I became worried when my total point increased by 5 points, since then I was unable to access my immi account to know the breakdown. Shortly I was invited by Western Australia through general scheme schedule 1(overseas). I almost fainted on Sunday when I succeeded in accessing my account for the first time to discover the 5 points was allocated to Australian Qualification requirement.
I was invited for nomination on November and the invitation point was 65, after deduction of the 5 points, my point is still above the cut off.
I have written to them(WA) to explain my predicament.

My questions are as follows.
1. For nominating me as an overseas candidate not minding my error, does it mean they recognized it as mistake since nowhere in eoi stated I schooled in Australia?
2. For informing them immediately before the outcome of the nomination application. Will it solve the problem.

NB: I have already updated my eoi and my point is still above the Nov. Cut off.

Hi Folks,

Please I just received pre-invite from SA 190 today
Meanwhile I already paid for 491 NSW RDA application (AUD 800) two days ago. Can I still go ahead and apply for SA since its for 190? will it disqualify me as double entry @ DHA if both selects my application? undecided
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by ajayidebo: 7:33pm On Feb 22, 2023
You're very fortunate. Some people/family had to forgo the crazy visa application fee for 190/189 ITA.

Please ignore the 491 and go ahead with your 190 application. There's no disqualification whatsoever.

Congratulations to you!

Have you ever done a Status Declaration yourself? How did it go?

Please @All experienced comrades and @Everyone

Please who has done Status Declaration before (especially for inability to provide pension and tax documents)?

1. How did you do it?

2. Do you or can you type it out and then take it to court to sign and stamp or how?

3. Is it the same procedure for doing something like (Affidavit of Change of Name)?

Thanks all.

If you got your EOI updated before you got the nomination, that’s fine. You can go ahead. Also yours was unintentional but his was very intentional cos the system request for reference number, date and scores which means he deliberately put in wrong details

Yes, at the court. They gave me a sample and I edited it to suit my needs.
I haven’t seen anyone do stat declaration for tax or pension. They have gone to the tax authority to pay the previous taxes.

3. It’s the same process as long as you have valid reason and evidence to back up your claim. That’s all

Thank you brother. God knows my intention and will surely take control. What baffles me my account was inaccessible to check where I made the mistake and update from day 1 after several attempts. Only to open now after pre-invite, village people hands are in this my Australia journey. Kai embarassed

Okay!

But I thought "gong to tax authority to pay the previous taxes" is for personal business.

That if your former employer can't provide you with a tax and pension proof, then that's when you make a Status Declaration.

Is that not so?

Yes, you can make a payslip if you worked for someone. For self-employed, it is not necessary.

1. No, they believe you answered the questions correctly. The onus of ensuring your application is correct is on you.

2. Your application is still with WA so the error can still be corrected. First, amend your EOI and then wait for the outcome of your email to WA.

You must provide evidence for all the points you vlaim in the EOI at the final application stage.

Not really close. Thinking of just increasing my chances of nominations because chemical engineering although nominated by few states but haven't seen anyone recently with an ITA

Please gurus in the house, for visa purposes on this journey, is tax clearance mandatory? I have pension documents but no tax clearance because I work in a Govt Establishment and my taxes are deducted directly from the source. The income tax deducted is also shown on all my payslips.

Sometime in the past, you mention including a proof to backup of your claim. For instance, a link.

Can these links be directly added inside the Status Declaration document itself or should there be another written stuff where the links/explanations/proofs can be written?

Then one can attach it along with the Status Declaration?

Thanks

That was for Nysc where tax is not required. For main employments, organisations are required to pay tax except your company is exempted which means there is an exemption certificate issued to such company
