Well..sorry to say but even for a guy I find it hard to date some1 without a tertiary. degree because most I have met are not exposed. Kk...even if she didn't go to university atleast she should av good knowledge on one subject or the other and a dynamic mind so we can atleast inter-relate.

Na u even get time to argue with dem, mechanic with F9 Parallel in JSS3 WAEC dey Bleep some of dem wey dem form here ooo, come dey form high class with meaniless Bsc they got from low level University here in Nigeria, most of their so callled Bsc dudes that cant even boast of their degree and defend it anywhere, na that one person take dey reject other important qualities for a good man? Bsc my foot!!!

I used to think it did not matter, however I have found that it is usually the man who feels insecure because he is not of the same education level. My ex husband lied about his educational background before we married. After we married, I found out and was quite upset that he would deceive me about education. I tried everything I could to make him feel like the man of the home. However his envious spirit got the best of him. When I decided to go for a graduate degree, he tried to break my bones . Due to my experience, I would not even consider someone without a degree.

What's the big seal with a degree sef? Does having a degree make you a better human? Unfortunately, no as I have seen so professor whose solitude towards marriage is noting to write home about and some non-degree holders who are just heaven

@OP---Are you trying to say you cannot marry Mikel Obi if he comes seeking your hand in marriage? As long as one is good in what he does and also level headed.

@ OP, education is not the most important thing when it comes to marriage. It is only in Nigeria you see people taking education as a do or die affair. Ask yourself this, can your bf speak and write basic english when needed, is he able to add and subtract mathematically?

Wisdom is a natural gift, and that is what you should be looking out for, because he might be a BSC holder and still lack wisdom. Education is just in the papers, people should stop decieving themselves, and by the way, the only reason people get schooled is because they want to get a 'good' job and make dough, but that doesn't rule out the fact that been educated is not a criteria to lead an affluent life.
