Any responsible, ethical and smart hunter will know that killing that sow means killing like 3 or 4 creatures at the same time. The offsprings in its belly will not be edible unless that hunter is a useless and hungry animal. So it's going to be a huge waste to nature. I would leave the sow to give birth and nurture it's offsprings to maturity. Then one can kill the male for food.
