Yes, I did.

Hopefully for people who applied for NOC 2131 Civil Engineers and had their CCs debited as per 19 Jan 2015 can receive PER around this week!

Good morning everyone, I am waiting for my ECA to enable me apply for the EE but I have neither arranged employment nor a provincial nomination.

I am concerned about how this may affect my chances of being selected because I am looking at either Manitoba or Ontario. What do you think?

BTW, I heard that the provincial nomination process can take up to 2-3 years . Is this true?

Hello house,
I have called CIC and I have also sent an email about my application but they have not replied, I have checked with my bank if any attempt has been made to charge my credit card and they said no. Since CIC is charging December now, what should I expect, please gurus of the house advise me. Do I still have hope? My application was received October 20, I am very worried now.

Sorry for the late response. It must have been an oversight. Get your ECA report first and I hope you also have your IELTS result ready. Once you have that create your profile on EE and register for the job bank. Just hope that your ECA result is out before Manitoba PNP begins. You also need to continuously check their website to know when it will be open. I hope this answer your question.

Hello house, has anybody applying for NOC 1111, Financial Accountant and Auditors been charged at all. My application was received on October 20, 2014 and I have not heard from CIC. I called CIC they gave me an email address which I have sent an email asking about my application status, but no response after three weeks. Oga Solomonwis and other gurus of the house please advise me as I don't want to start EE when I don't know what happened to my application.
Eagerly expecting the house guru's response
I hope that NOC is not capped as at when your application was delivered. If it is not cap I will advise you to start EE now, because I'm worried if your account is not charged by now. I also hope your application is error free. One of my nephew application in same NOC was returned last week because of incomplete package she did not include her employment letter.

Hi bro, just checking if the package was returned back to her address, had her credit card been deducted earlier?

For some of us who have been worried about our NOC being capped, i just came across this online. Could this be responsible for the non-charging of some NOCs?

Does WES accepts transcript posted by applicants. it was stated on the website that the transcript should be posted by the awarding institution.
please shed more light on this.

Even if they will accept from other countries, not Naija, at least not now. You may however get someone who can help give it to you so you send it by yourself while it looks like it's coming from the school. This is so cuz if you wait for school, it might take longer time. Also note that there's a form you will print from WES website which you will give to your school and they will include it with the transcript

Hi,
When my application was received on October 20, 2014, the cap was not filled up then because the application they had approved then was less than 500. I worked for Deloitte and I included my letter of employment and reference. My credential was accessed by ICAS and my IELTS result was good.
As a house member suggested I will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.
Thanks

This information is very useful, it could be some NOC has been capped and we are not aware of it. The EE is very difficult and almost impossible to get. Anyways am just optimistic something positive will turn up soon

@solomonwis......please what NOC job category does a Quality assurance technician or a production technician in a manufacturing industry fall within? and with HND certificate.
Hope to hear from you soon

It's simple, just Google NOC Codes for year 2011. Check through the list for your job specification, it will show you the corresponding NOC code. Meanwhile, your certificate doesn't really matter

Thanks for your kind response. I already have my IELTS result, praying for the ECA result to come out quickly.

A question remains unanswered: What is involved in getting a provincial nomination? Is it something that i can get quickly as against the 2 to 3 years mentioned by a source?

Getting provisional nomination depends largely on whether your profession is in dare need in that area, secondly it can be less that 18months with the new EE

There is no such thing as fee for every step. But IELTS is N35000,Assessment of your degree is about $350. All other expenses like PCC, POF for family size payment for DHL for transcript, etc

What's the confusion about? Throw more light. Canadian work experience should simply mean having work experience in Canada

1. Not sure about this. But at the MR stage u might or not be asked for a POF.
2. It increased but it affects the Express Entry candidates only.
3. AVO seems to have woken from their slumber and they're currently sending the last batch of May applicants and early June their MR.
