She said the doctor recommended surgery to terminate the pregnancy because the baby was in her right fallopian tube instead of her womb.
She confirmed to me that her right fallopian tube has been removed while all she has now is her womb and left tube. she claims the doctor told her she can only have a maximum of 3 kids when ready due to the surgery. I acted like everything is fine so as not to hurt her feelings any further but i'm seriously disturbed by this.
This is someone i love so much and i intend getting married to later this year. I need advices on what to do next as i am confused right now. What are the implications of having any of the tubes removed? would it affect fertility or child bearing in marriage? Do you think i should move on with my life and look for someone else as i cannot determine the level of damages that has happened to her reproductive system? Kindly drop your comments. 
Fear not my bro.my own immediate elder sister had one of her Fallopian tube removed in 2002 and got married in 2009, now she has given birth to 4 children,3 boys and a girl.My brother I can see the girl loves u confides in you by telling you,it's not good for u to betray the trust.You can go ahead and marry her if you loves her.

Dude, you have nothing to worry about. Each ovary has thousands of eggs. So trust me, she is very fertile with just one ovary and tube. Tubal pregnancy is very prevalent although deadly. But I highly doubt she carried a baby five months in her tube without it rupturing. Also no doctor can predict the number of kids she can have. Either they will advise her not to have any but not say she can only have three. |

God in his ingenuity had made provisions for a faulty vital organ of the body like 2 eyes,ears,kidneys,testicles,fallopian tubes and so on so that if one gets faulty the other can continue the function. @OP - Having one fallopian tube is not a death sentence. If you were married to her and she loses a fallopian tube due to issues such as Ectopic pregnancy will you divorce her?
My wife lost 1 fallopian tube as a result of ectopic pregnancy. Google it and you will understand what that means - life threatening. She survived it and lost 1 fallopian tube. This was after 1 child.
Afterwards she has given birth to 2 other children.

@op,hope u get to read dis. One tube is good enuff. She ll get preggy and deliver normal. As a matter of fact,most female hav one tube open and d oda close due to pid,std, fibroids and even toilet infection.
Its no biggy, some years back me and some friends went for check up. Turns out I had fibroids which blocked a tube and partially blocked the other. Same wt some of my friends.
