For me it's:
1. Body Odour
2. Mouth Odour
3. Dress Sense...If she looks unkempt
4. How She Speaks / Mannerism
5. Dentition

Any other qualities is a plus. I don't look out for backside or front side. Cos you never know what's in there till you see its true nature. Those are secondary.
