A lump operation doesn't indicate a serious problem, it might have been removed as a precautionary measure. And the kidney problem, if you really love her you have to get over it and get married. We as humans are quick to judge but I can assure you that if a thorough exam is done on any of us, something will be found. So, if you really love her ignore the nay sayers and forge ahead, if anything arises later on you will cross that bridge when you get to it. and if you don't mind me asking, what was the kidney problem that the doctor mentioned?

If you have the financial ability to cater for her health in future go ahead cos certainly her health will deteriorate at some point, if not let her be and allow her take her chances with other people.

One man's food is another man's poison and vice versa. Do not dis virgin her o hehe as that's her pride and her asset. She could meet a person whose family will welcome, support her condition wholeheartedly and finance her transplant when the time come. Don't let her miss that opportunity and die like a chicken.

Don't start something you cannot finish, when her health deteriorates all your siblings will remind you of the past. Let the girl chose her path but support her in any way you can.

''Kidney issue" is as vague as saying she has infection. Except she has end stage renal failure, I see no reason why you can't go ahead to marry her if you love her.
