I am a medical doctor and very much willing to help. If you stay in portharcourt, fine. I can do somethhing to forestall any case of transplant. Her genetic/general health history is of paramount importance here.

I also have a story like yours, this one is even worst, though not with the kidney issue, but with the lumps issue, she is also suffering from heart murmur. Bro, it is not an easy thing ooooo, love is stupid, but not blind. Don't think you should leave her. Give it some time to see how it stabilises. But don't marry her with that condition cos it could be aggravated with pregnancy.

Take time. don't rush. marriage is a lifetime journey. study her a bit and groom her. ask her for her purpose in life and see if it complements yours. is she in school, a graduate, working? if you truly love her, be there for her. take her to a specialist doctor for diagnosis. above all, pray about it.

Your case is what I call a real test of true love my brother if your heart is really with her and you truly know she feels the same way about you, I will advise you to keep her happy even if you don't marry her, you should at least make her know that it was never your intention to dump her. You can still go on with the marriage if you feel you can foot the medical expenses.
