*Update* Legalwealth has handled this years ago. I was surprised to see people try use this as a smear campaign against him even when I stated here years ago that he handled this right These acts are seeds of pre-meditated evil you are putting into the ground 10 Likes 2 Shares |

lloydtruth: Probably you are one of the hurrying type or those coming with a suspicious mind or those that are not ready to abide by rules and terms and conditions governing any transaction giving yourself BP and not me. You'll see some people calling at midnight and intermittently even in less than few hours for a service or transaction that has been speculated to be completed within certain timeframe. |

lloydtruth: Hurriedly transferred your hard earned money? Anyways! You were pre-informed of our policy and to place order on our exchange site for guaranteed monitoring on Friday's afternoon(we don't work officially on Saturdays and Sundays) which you came for this order. You are meant to place order on our website first and include your order ID in your payment of which our terms and conditions is clearly stated in the mail(orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours working/business days that you will receive after placing order. That implies that proceeding with payment means you've agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the e-mail that systems send to you after submitting your order. You pleaded to do make payment first on that Friday's afternoon while you later place order on the site or send mail due to urgency of the payment and so as to be able to get to bank before they close. You never place the order on the website let alone send e-mail as instructed until today's morning that you called in and you were asked reason you didn't send mail nor place order on the site as instructed that you started giving one excuse or the order. At that time, the favour of swift payment was no longer valid and our term of 24 to 48 hours of business days funding time was applied which is yet to elapse. All I can see is that you are not the patient type and I'm sorry that you will be duly refunded for this transaction. Kindly check my signature and contact me on whatsapp or BBM for courtesy refund though a text was just sent to you on step to take in getting a refund. 2 Likes |

Although he pays but his customer service is not encouraging. One of the reason why i think twice when using his service at times especially when i needed the cash for something urgent. You really need to work on your customer service because that is one of the bone of a business. When some one send you a chat, at times it takes ages to get response especially after receiving the customers part of the transaction, that is the worrying part of the whole deal. Before transaction, you are active, after transaction, you are gone on thin air. Its anoying to message some one and get response in the following day or more. Work on your customer care service and don't act like you are doing customers a favour because those customers are also doing you a favour. That is called exchange of services in business, not a one sided thing 13 Likes |

needinfo: Thanks for your update... All transactions are monitored through my .COM exchange website and not the .NG as it is backup. Trying to transact out of the site or making payment without placing order on the .COM site is where the issue lies. Terms and conditions are outlined when order is placed and proceeding means the T.O.S have been accepted. Any attempt of trying to act against T.O.S can cause issue most time on the client's side which is what happened to OP. 2 Likes |

Singapore1: It is not all the time though but the time frame do happen if message was sent during weekend or large influx of messages came in which has to be attended to one after the other. Sending mail though do receive swift response and note that transaction can take up to 48 hours for completion as stated in our Exchange website T.O.S when order is placed. Anyways! I'm doing everything possible to improving customers experience with us although we all know it is not free and it takes time. Reason I don't personal like dealing with impatient clients and some with suspicious mind for now. I'm currently satisfied with dealing with and satisfying few people that can understand and have peace of mind than the likes of OP. |

iykepromotions: I understand you so well but apology is not required at this point because I wanted to make his transaction as swift as possible though it was weekend but he didn't cooperate by not following piece of instruction that was given to him. He placed order late Friday and came here to complain when the transaction is still within time frame of 24 to 48 hours since he failed to do what he was asked to do to make his transaction faster. |

legalwealth: Iykepromotion, you can see that this guy is too bossy (proud) to make an apology for his handicapped customer service &attitude towards customers /clients. Go and change (improve) brother, I had once in the past wanted to have a transaction dealing with you, but was disappointed at getting a response regards my request. In case you don't know; customers are the BOSS, not YOU 8 Likes |

legalwealth: Okay, for giving you a word of advice on proper business etiquette, we (nairalanders) have turned to kids? My brother, pride leads to destruction, learn to lower your wings, learn to swallow your pride, take the humble route else it leads your business to a path of failure. Whether nairaland or elsewhere, this doesn't change the fact that the way you treat customers is faulty, a man who is not ready to learn causes more harm than good for himself. And don't forget, this is naira land's business section not employee'section, so everyone here is a boss and not only you. 6 Likes |
