What is the religion of 98% kidnappers? What is the religion of 98% unclad ladies on the streets? Hehehe, shifting to almajiri card? I have been almajiri and will always be, any problem about that? Education is not about throwing tantrums, it is actually about avoiding them, get yourself good education and stop calling names that are far from being consequential. Gerrout. 1 Like |

austinvsb1: Stop lying and tell us which christian related studies has ever been proposed by Christians and got rejected. All these inconsequential ranting wouldn't stop the teaching of Arabic to muslim students. If you are pained, introduce any study of your choice to your students, entirely your choice, no one is against that but you can't stop the Arabic because it is entirely none of your biz. 1 Like |

Does the word "islamic arabic studies" make sense to you? is there anything like that? ever heard of anything called Christian Hebrew studies? (Funny enough, Hebrew is a language spoken by Jews who aren't even Christians, they practice Judaism and don't believe in the Christian Jesus. austinvsb1: |

austinvsb1: Is it not more appropriate you tell us when christians ever attempted introducing any christian related studies through the ministry of education and it got rejected? What is it with all these lies just to stop muslims from getting to study the language of their choice? If the languages are of no value, is it you it will not be of any value? Despite the "usual" group of people defending this, the point has been made that Nigeria is NOT an Islamic country and will NEVER be one, no matter how hard you guys try. And please address the issue of Boko haram while you guys are at it. Enough of indoctrination and widespread illiteracy. It's a terrible combo. Eod. 2 Likes 1 Share |

LionDeLeo: Lol, you live in Africa but are advocating for Arabic. You dey craze. The global language for business is English (even in the Middle East) and yet you want children to learn the language of a deranged Arab pedophile instead of spending time learning the universal languages of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology or computer science. You are lost. 1 Like |

mmsen: There he goes with the tantrums our educated ones are known for. And your bigoted mind was duly informed that English was removed from the syllabus, right? These are the common symptoms of illiteracy and ignorance, once logic fails, the only way out is tantrums. Too much for our "educated blodas". Small fry, ride on. 1 Like |

I don't understand ooo. I did CRK( Christian Religious Knowledge) in govt college secondary sch back in 1993/1994 and I remember that muslims did their IRK as well. I am not understanding the Islamic studies they are now introducing or reintroducing again. We have very stupid and senseless leaders in this country. Instead of focusing on the economy they are talking about Islamic studies. Who Islamic studies help? 1 Like |

Meritocracy: Why should anybody with a functioning brain learn a foreign language to be able to pray to God? You claim God is all knowing and understands every language, yet you must learn Arabic to become a Muslim. Most of you actually just curse yourselves because I am.very sure ya'll don't pronounce and recite some prayers in Arabic correctly. I think a lot of africans don't use their brain, if not they would understand that they can pray in their native language and don't have to spend money learning Arabic to pray to God. That's like the most stupid thing anybody can ever do. |

LionDeLeo: The reason why you have no issue with the level of poverty in the north is because you have no humanity, decency or conscience. Nor are you rational, if you were you would understand that the poverty in the north is why the issue with Boko Haram came about and why the northern masses are so prone to senseless violence in the form of pogroms. 2 Likes |

mmsen: The reason you also don't have issues with the poverty in the south is actually because you lack the milk of human kindness. What do you think is the reason behind the prevalence of human and drug trafficking, human rituals, prostitution, kidnapping, robbery, 419 and all those poverty related crimes? 1 Like 1 Share |

ollah1: Don't be deceived, apart from their govt, most of the people we do business with in the UAE are non-emiratis. 1. Chinese - because China is an emerging world power and I'm sure you encounter more Chinese here in Nigeria and around the world doing businesses than Arabs. 2. French - because Nigeria is part of ECOWAS 3. German - loads of them doing big businesses in Nigeria. Just for you: 4. Arabic - because "Nigeria do business with UAE. Infact, they are one of the top exporter to Nigeria. Also, they struck a deal with Lagos." 2 Likes |
