hello house , i am new to this thread. i applied for TRV on first week of April 2017. i received a letter from my college( in May) requesting for an acceptance fee(1st term tuition) which i paid .My question is ...do i have to inform cic of my Payments updates? if yes....how do i go about it?

Normally the payment receipt is supposed to be attached and submitted along with your application. But since you have submitted already, wait for CIC to demand for additional document.

So sorry, try and defer ur admission to January, then order for ur gcms note here www.gcmsnow.com, tackle the actual reasons for denial before reapplying.
Lack of travel history is usually not a stand alone reason for denial.

Please guys is it some sort of policy of some schools or is any thing abnormal about it. Secondly please if like some one is denied visa will the school refund the money.

some colleges require you pay before you get offer letter while some dont .. as for the refund policy go to the colleges website and ready their refund policy usually they say the deposit is non refundable

Nd yes ,the fees re refundable .
But the first commitment fee .the one you were asked to pay before the admission package came out is non-refundable

There are some people here going to school in Quebec for Masters program. Read through this Part 12, i believe you will see one or two of them. Contact them.

You can also check out schools in Quebec on the internet and look for schools offering your choice of course.
