Hi,
See that's where I have an issue. There shouldn't exist any "categories" of Biblical Christianity.
Followers of Christ are supposed to be on "one accord" in their belief system...and not having such extreme differences on core doctrines.
However, as the enemy would have it, mass confusion has inundated Christianity through multiple "interpretations" of God's Word.... which should ultimately be simplistic.
The enemy has really used folks to try & destroy Christianity....
But I have repeatedly said on NL for folks to lay aside pre-conceived notions of how we think or want things "to be" and pray to the Holy Spirit (humbly & sincerely) for correct understanding of His Word.
As for my denomination, I am first & foremost a follower of Christ....however I am a member of a specific denomination on this earth. It was an unexpected answer to a specific prayer to God.
And He answered..and it has been the best decision of my life thus far.
I often say or write things where the answer is in plain sight.
While I have read several interesting, informative and blessed posts in this section (and also love to encourage fellow followers of Christ in here....), I only follow "1" person (giving honorable mention to 2 other folks also).
Don't know him from "Adam", (and although I'm thousands of miles away from Nigeria..which is where I'm assuming he is) his beliefs (from what I have read here for these 10 months of being on NL) bear the most resemblance to mine.
And from me reading through several of his threads, I believe I know his denomination...simply based on what he's written..biblically based info.....tons of scripture..and even secular info to further prove God's Word.
And that's how it should be....believers....no matter where they are stationed in the world....being on one accord.
I am not saying he's perfect nor have I always agreed on his "method" of delivery of info....but his core beliefs match mine.
I encourage you to read through some of his threads...you will get your answer

By no means have I achieved perfection just yet...but I am striving for it.

Jesus said that the manifestation of his miraculous power, is so they will be amazed, to help them believe so they can glorify God.

Never heard of that concept in my life until I came to NL.
That must be a Nigerian brand of Christianity....
We can never, ever win souls to Christ by being self-righteous & dogmatic all under the guise of being an alleged "warrior for Christ" (meanwhile completely excluding/omitting the Fruit of the Spirit--which is Christ' character) which I see repeatedly in this section of NL.
