You can try to trigger her emotions by typing like a troll. In anger she'll type epistle upon epistle, keeping her engaged while entertaining you. However I advice seriously you block and delete her contact.

I had one I did my first advice on, it worked until I got bored and deleted her contact. I got it back again then tried chatting like a level-headed person and she was back to mono-syllabic responses. It's safe to say I've "lost" her contact for good now.
