hurricanesgrace:Once u are refused, you can challenge the VO decision in Canadian Fwderal Court called judicial review. The immigration lawyer will sue the IRCC and the VO for arbitrariness in reaching the decision of your refusal. Most of the decisions made by the VOs are always not in tandem with the immigration rules or law. The court after hearibg the brief from your lawyer and that of the IRCC will set aside the decision of the VO (allow the appeal) and order that the application be remitted to another VO to decide. But the judicial review is somehow expensive. It cost between $3000 and $6000. |

DJVynoTynto:Theoretically you need to show proof you can meet the expenses over one calender year; 12months. 3mill statement of account from your dad seems a little off. I'll suggest paying the full tuition for a year and maybe show proof of your living expenses for a year. Your dads dependents matters when he provides his financial portfolio. There is definitely more to It but this should give you an idea of what to do. |

Good day all, sorry i need experienced people in the house to advice me. I am married( common law) with a Kid, my wife has a ND and currently do sales for an FMCG, i would love to have them abroad mainly because of the cost of "quality education" herr and have my other kids there. However, i personally don't plan on relocating with them as i have a career here in Nigeria. i could always go visiting them. my questions are: 1- what class of visa can we apply for? 2- Can my brothers in-law go instead( he is open to to relocating). 3- How soon can i start and how much will it cost? Thank you all as you respond. |

elmisti:Hello, She can apply through the study visa route. If you have the required funds then you can proceed. And about your brother inlaw please strike that out. This is a summarised list of what you nees to get the ball rolling: 1. Your wife needs an Admission letter from a DLI (Designated learning institute) im Canada 2. She might need to pay a semester tuition fee 3. She will need an additional 10kCAD And another 4kCAD For your child. 4. Your financial portfolio and other assets will be needed for her visa process This is just background information of what you need. Try and read more on this platform and if you need clarifications ask. Good luck |

| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Qudkom(m): 4:48pm On Apr 19, 2019 |
elmisti:The funds will be needed to submit the visa application. You can make the funds available in a fixed deposit with a reference letter from your bank, you could just have it in your savings, transfer it to your wife's account etc. There isn't a specific way to show this. And yes you can drop a message. |

Go to Yaba. Around the rail way line, you will see some sheds, and stores with clothes hanging. They are usually fairly used and vary from top grade ones to low grade ones. The jackets don't usually come cheap. The traders will charge you cos they know you have need of it. But try not to let them rip you off. Good luck!! Freeworld321: |
