I can't get into any relationship now because I know I have to fix this. I hardly talk to people on WhatsApp because I know after 'how are you' it'll start getting awkward.

I don't think she keeps malice and she doesn't seem to flinch when insulted she act like it doesn't bother her but she rather make joke out of it. She can be quite harsh or will i say strict but when you get to know her she's very funny and has a good sense of humor. I think she has multiple personality but the one that comes natural is when she's funny. Like she doesn't talk much but she's funny without effort( I don't think it's deliberate). For example if there are 30 people in a place, she will be one of the most popular and not that she talks much and if she doesn't show, everybody will know yet she's quiet.

Am an introvert, I hardly make friends, can't keep a convo with a lady,I LOVE BEEN INSIDE AS IN LOVE THE FOUR CORNERS OF MY ROOM,I can't keep eye contact with the opposite sex,can't speak in front of crowd.

First of all, you must make a commitment to get better at challenging these problems you have mentioned.
Two things can possibly be responsible, being shy or you have low self esteem. If you have read through the thread, I guess you would have found a solution.

Why are you shy?
[b]Either you are afraid of being judged by another as inadequate or you just feel like taking the back seat all the time. These categorization may seem awkward or off the point but if you reflect on them, you will find out they are not off the point.

One way to fight shyness is accepting that regardless of whether you are correct or not, you are a work in progress and do not put yourself under any illusion that you can't stand before anybody. Confidence in yourself and your ability to do the right thing matters.
