Hello,

That letter cannot suffice. SmallerB you have to pester them for the letter of introduction. If by Monday it still hasn't reflected in your MyCic account, send them a screenshot of what it looks like, so they have proof.

Pester them please, that letter is very important.

Cheers.

raymege:
They probably are having technical issues, it may drop, if not, then simply print the letter they just sent you as they instructed.
This letter they just sent should suffice.

Congratulations.

[quote author=Tstunt post=81542327]Hello good people!

My case goes this way, I submitted my application for a Canadian student visa via an online route on May 12, 2019. I did my biometrics on May 14, 2019. On June 25, I received a rejection letter from them. I was devastated and depressed, but I just had to move on.

I later applied for GCM Notes to find out the real reason for their refusal. Their reason was not worth it because I have a sister who was willing to sponsor my education with an available fund of 16,000 Cad for a start and she is based in Canada with her family.

I have attached the reasons the gave for my refusal.

What is the best course of action? Has their been anyone who has appealed their visa refusal and was successful? If so, can you refer me to a good immigration lawyer that will appeal for me (I suppose it is an immigration lawyer that will do)?

Please, I need help o, gurus in the house.[/

Same note for everyone

Well, what do I even know? I may be wrong.

My comment is based on what they wrote on the letter, saying she should print the letter.

Rules aren't carved on stones.

I think cic is intentionally keeping some of us application, they want us to defer and resume school in winter, probably they had enough student already. I’m just chilling here sha thinking about a whole lot of stuffs that may be happening now.

The proposed program is only available on the Advance diploma. The tuition fee is 9,687 Cad. I related linked my first degree to the intended program of study.
If the tuition is 9687cad then the 16k won't be enough, because you have to include your living expenses of at least 10k cad which will total around 20k cad. So you are like 4k cad shot(except if you have other funds that you didn't state in your profile

Good Morning everyone, I bring you glad tidings from Canada. As usual the atmosphere on this forum blows hot and cold. Regardless of the tense feelings and pressure I believe everything will be fine. I'd like to encourage the newbies that the protocol remains the same scan through the previous threads and if you still have questions ask politely. Also to all the applicants that's been temporarily delayed order for GCMS notes and approach the next application with a lot of diligence and patience. Lastly, to all the applicants that as been approved I wish you all a safe journey. smiley

Irrespective of your CGPA, some universities might admit you for an MSc prorgamme because you've got relevant work experience. The first step you should do is visit the websites below to search for Canadian institutes offering your desired course;

- https://www.hotcoursesabroad.com/india/training-degrees/canada/masters/electrical-engineering-courses/loc/32/slevel/57-3-3/cgory/g5-3/sin/ct/programs.html
- https://www.findamasters.com/masters-degrees/canada/electrical-engineering/?700jsdh000

The second step is to email the graduate department of your chosen University, detailing your profile, relevant qualifications and experience. The goal is to see if you meet the admission requirements for an MSc degree.

If you do not, you can apply for a Postgraduate diploma (PGD) in institutes or colleges ~ Duration is typically a year or 2. (Check SAIT and NAIT)

Let me know if you require further clarifications.
. Thanks waynee2baba

The GCMS notes I see from this region of the world is lacking substance and is just a waste of money.

I am starting to feel that it is because we use a third party website to get it and that's why a lot of useful information is scrubbed. I don't buy that "they are overwhelmed with lots of applications" crappy story.

I think it's time to contact them about this.

Has your application exceeded the processing time? If yes, send an email to CIC asking for update, but if not just wait(nothing much you can do about that)

This guys are playing with us honestly
With the kind of pressure we go through, all notes/refusals are now the same, uk will tell you the reason for the refusal you reapply or appeal
God help us

First degree: 1. Agricultural Economics and Extension.
2. Proposed study: Advanced Diploma in Water quality
3. I email?
3xplain in your SOP how your first degree is related to the one you applied. If they're not related, then explain why you choose the course. How is related maybe to your work experience. I'm still writing mine tho, but let me share the guide I'm using.

Has ur application passed the processing time, if yes then u can send them a webform and if no, u have to wait for ur application to pass the processing time.. Do not send them any message if ur application is still sitting the processing time.. And if by 2nd week of September u have not gotten a reply form CIC,then I will advise you defer ur admission.. Good luck.. Peace
