My problem is that she is a minor and this guy is 27...

So this is what I plan to do, Flog her thoroughly very early tomorrow, then later talk to her again...
Then that bastard beat him up in the evening with two other guys...

I really love this girl and Want the best for her pls parents preferably how should I handle this matter .

Honestly, it will be very difficult for you to prevent her from testing the "suger cane" even if you prevent the same guy trying to do it now.

The issue is that it is not about that guy. It is about her curiosity. She wants to know what sex feels like. She must have watched the act over and over as porn and now wants to taste it.

What you can do to help her is to take her for HIV counseling. If possible take her to see some carriers. Ask her to imagine herself in that condition.

Bro, no matter what, don't resort to violence.

Don't beat up that guy. You have to be certain that he knows that your sister is a minor before you conclude that he is a pedophile. Your sister might have lied about her age to the guy. Moreover, beating up the guy might create an unending cycle of violence. You might even be killed. That is how land cases get bloody. Reprisals. If you beat the guy today, he would look for you tommorow. Moreover, you don't know how bad he really is. If you feel you need to do something about the guy, you can report to the police. The police will have a better way of handling the issue than you. That is far better than thinking of beating him up. Take all the clothes you bought for her, gadgets(except phone) and tell her to go and find work, pay a bill or something. Let her get money for data herself, get her own food since she is an adult. But do this in a calm manner. Also listen to what she has to say like an adult. let her earn her pocket money or money for WAEC or JAMB. She has too much time on her hands, thats why she's rebellious.

When a girl reaches puberty and all her goodies begin to show, there are so many guys that will start approaching her, regardless of her age. One of my relative's child is like that too. I don't even bother checking her phone again cos she has passworded everything, but we know enough and have advised her well enough. She is gradually leaving her mid teens and I know that sometimes experience is the best teacher after one has advised them thoroughly and consistently.

The solution is to sit her down and let her know you saw the sexual discussion between her and the guy, seize her phone for the time being and report the case to the police so you can trap that guy. A 14 year old is underage by all means and that 27 year old is an irresponsible child molester.

Do not do more than slapping her once or twice, you don't wanna appear abusive cos its a normal stage of life for girls. Social media is not helping matters too cos children are being exposed to the wrong things and strangers too fast...
