I opened a mini shop lately and I employed one fine girl there as a sales girl. Based on my observation, she has every quality a girl should have.

And most importantly, she took my business as hers, running around, doing all sort things. Everytime I visit that shop and its surroundings, I always met it tidied up.

Yesterday I overheard her asking my friend if I have a girlfriend but my friend said no.

My issue is, if I should date her, won't she start disrespecting me and acting shenanigan?

Sack that girl right away, she is only forming a good girl to capture your attention.
Sack her now and save your business!!!
If not,I give your business two months to liquidate
Am a woman,I can't decieve you

you will learn in the fullness of time that things are not usually as they seem with a woman. The fact that you heard her ask your friend if you are single should caution you to the possibility that the "good behaviour" she has been showing towards you has an ultimate goal. the question is if that behaviour changes once she gets what she wants. To determine that, watch and study carefully her behaviour towards other people from whom she has nothing to gain.

Personally i wouldnt mix personal business and work,

Op, don't mind the naysayers... I have seen people; some of them friends who married their employees, and believe, me nothing bad happened to their businesses. Even though it might be to early, but if she loves you and is passionate about your business, her dedication would be unrivalled as she would see it as her business too.

Just be careful.

Adeboye's son and the OP should control their lust not punish others for their lack of personal discipline, boundaries and self control.

As for Adeboye himself, an old fool is still a fool. How can an elder give such advice?

You just opened a ‘mini shop’ and the first and only thing you’re thinking is how to date your sales girl.
You’re not even thinking how to make your shop ‘super shop’ considering its still at the ‘mini’ stage.
Your ‘mini shop’ would be reduced to ‘nothing shop’ the moment you start any nonsense relationship with that girl. the only relationship you should keep with her is ‘Employer-Employee’ relationship, at least for now.
When your shop gets to the stage you so wish, then you can tell the girl about your intentions. That would give you enough time to know the girl truly, if she’s your type of woman.

UB bro, I think your main focus should be expanding your business. Most ladies are liability so if you decide to date this one, you'll not only have you and your family to fend for but another lady (though she might run the business well, I cat tell). Just chill till you're close to where you'd love to find yourself save if you're content with your current financial status but if na me, naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. For now just ask her opinion on business related issues.

When an adult asks this question on nairaland and expects people to answer yes or no it baffles me. First you are asking people who don't even know the girl or what she looks like or even 1/4 Of the full picture between you and the girl. What kind of advice do you think you will get? Of course it's misguided advice based mostly on their own points of views or experiences of life. They are not able to give sound unbiased advice. Coupled with the fact that the amount of info isn't anyhing to go by.

Here's mine. Any decision you take is ok as long as you can bear the consequences.
If u don't date her, your heart will fight you. You'll even keep falling for her more and you'd go through some emotional stress. So if u choose not to, be ready to go through all that.
If u date her there's the risk of things changing as regards your business. An employee who works for u is totally different from a gf who works for you. Are you ready to bear the changes that may come? Your business might suffer.
And finally, most rarely you can date her and things will even get better but this is the slimmest of all 3 things that could happen. All the best
D rate of stupidity n topics is getting 2 mch. Dey wnt 2 date any1 n as stupid as dey r 2 mix biz n plesur dey still want 2 be told wt 2 do

If you wish to date her, go ahead but bear the following in mind

You will lose your respect with her

You will lose your cash with her

You will lose your business and may crumble you may pregnant her and have a bye force marriage

She may not be your dream woman again

And everything will be a mess

Best option is resist it, be firm but accommodating

You dud not employ her as a love mate but to assist you in running your business

This is the kind of one-sided reasoning I talked about earlier. This kind of child will give the same advice to every one who comes to him with the same problem . They are not able to see exceptions or rare possibilities. These are the worst kind of people to take advice from.
His reasoning will definitely be correct sometimes but in some cases he will destroy beautiful things cos he can't reason in other dimensions
In most cases
