Complcatioms during child birth can be due to several unrelated factors.

What is wrong, deplorable and repugnant is FGM which includes clitoridectomy, excision, and infibulation. Moderate circumcision (hoodectomy) is never a type of FGM, and I am aware that such doesn't predisposes ladies to any health challenges or reduced sexuality.
