I have noticed for about a year now that my Elder brother(age 29) who's a doctor masturbates for a living.

I started living with him in Abuja since April last year.

That will be doing more harm than good, drop the idea immediately. He's 29 years for Christ sake. His wife will take Care of his problem when the time comes.
