Well personally I don't know anyone who has been infected or died of the novel covid-19 virus, with the hype and rate of increase as purported by our government and the secrecy sorrounding those they claim to have it, I have my doubts regarding the figures.

I have personally followed Ghana on worldometer.info and Ghana's covid cases has remained below 1300 and just 9 deaths over the past week(s). So what does Ghana know that we don't.

Also I read a report on yahoo news saying sunlight easily kills the virus and we all know that the sun in Nigeria can boil yam in the right circumstance.

Another thing I noticed is that as soon as the European union gave Nigeria a 27 billion grant, the cases started to rise uncontrollably. Anyway thats my observation.

So do you know anyone with the virus or has the NCDC Being to your area to pick any suspected case.

What I can say is this, the truth is that ignorance is what will get a lot of people into big problems. This virus might have surrounded the earth and it's very possible that some people have had it and self-medicated themselves to good health without knowing.
The fact that no one around you have had it or heard of someone who has it doesn't mean the absence of this virus.

Based on the information around the world the virus is definitely real..but the way the government is going about will definitely make anyone have doubt..yeah it would be suicidal not to take caution..but anybody trying to think deep about the issue should not be criticize because you are just there importing and exporting anything from the media..first it is highly contagious..and then how come these numbers were not able to spread the virus to thousands or millions simultaneously n people start falling sick( oh okay maybe immune or hot weather)..and we have to need more test after like 3 months this virus been worldwide for some Nigerian to know they are sick in their system..when it got to USA.. you know the scores nau how people got hospitalized or died in thousands because it is highly contagious(oh our God or maybe weather again)..now it almost a month here and people are not hospitalized on emergency in masses and the one been positive are because they got tested..and knowing your government..if it a business that will fetch them more money..they will inflict it( all my observations might be all dead wrong..but these one is 100 percent correct)..it all so dicey when you think bout it but what the brain meant for.. still you all be safe and follow all the guidelines

When united state dishes our figure with more death rate, you're not doubting it. But since this is Nigeria, you think the figure is inflated despite having less infection rate compared to European countries.
Let me tell you. The man who brought the disease to kwara state is my friend's elder brother. He came in from London to Lagos before moving down to ilorin. When he developed the symptoms, he called a medical doctor friend to treat him at home due to fear of stigmation. He later died and his wife later contracted the virus.
This man that died is also an accomplished chartered accountant who has an audit firm in Abuja. I won't mention the name of his audit firm nor his name.
You might not be spared if someone close to you contract this virus. So keep looking for who has it.
Many Nigerians are dumb that we can't think unless people think for. What will a state gain if it starts cooking figures? Do you know it adversely affect states when they record Corona cases.
