It come to my observation I started pulling away from my female friends and I started keeping all to myself. I got some worst to the extent I can't talk to a woman. I started losing my friends. Fast forward till today, masturbation have ruined my life totally now I have been so addicted that I get it done twice a day, sometimes I feel hurt and guilty, sometimes I asked myself i I would ever get married or if I can ever love a woman. I feel so embarrassed and ashamed of myself. I do promise my self that I'm gonna leave it but the highest I could go was a week. Ok meet a good pharmacist, those big ones and ask for antitestereone, some wont give you without prescription, but if you explain to them they will, or just talk with a doctor so they will give you the right prescription (not public hospital) ask them so they can give you a prescription, and also if you have time you can see a therapist so you don't go back to it.

First of all....you need to stop thinking it is a bad thing....so you won't be feeling guilty after masturbating.....

Have you considered therapy? I feel like you need to talk to someone about it. Do you have anyone you can confide in? Or you could equally see a doctor so that he or she would prescribe drugs that will help to curb your urges but bear in mind that this is a mental battle in the sense that the power to stop masturbating is within you, not those drugs. Also pray about it and indulge in healthy habits that will occupy your mind and leave no room for those nasty thoughts. Also try to be around people so that it discourages you from doing it. I hope you find this helpful.
