Even from Saka euro incidence many Anglo-Nigerians i mean the wise ones will learn Sharply and know that they stand a better non discriminatory chances with nigeria than England

England can never be like france...france adoption of francophone countries nationals as theirs steems from their colonial policy of assimilation...they have always been adoptive and welcoming probably the reason why mother nature springs good success on them with this Africans
Agreed with your point on France. They even have a regiment called the Foreign Legion where foreigners can sign up and serve with the French army.

Remember that Fulanis are your rulers. If your rulers are the height of stupidity, where do you place yourself in the stupidity scale?
Just because the president is Fulani doesn’t mean jack. They get the most federal allocation yet they’re the most impoverished and terrorized demographic in this nation.

The father poisoned them. He does not want to be burdened with the financial costs of raising them so he took them out. Plain and simple.

So no food, appliances or essential Items? And he's proud to flaunt such nonsense in his dilapidated shack that he calls a home? Zulus are the height of stupidity and are no different from Fulanis.

Few days ago, Southerners were bragging and praising themselves like they're the best thing that happened to Nigeria, just because they luckily defeated inferior USA, We no hear word, now Australia have beat their silly ass, they will come and blame north now grin
Idiot. Australia is arguably the best in the world at the moment. The team has defeated two top 5 nations in convincing fashion. They've already exceeded expectations. What have your useless Northern compatriots contributed to this world?

Wetin we do Australia sef?
They are the team to beat to be honest. I’m not even worried about the Eastern Europeans cause they currently don’t play this good. I overrated Argentina. But Australian basketball is something else right now. I think the French are almost as good as them too.

The same thing happened before the world cup .. Though NBBF president came out to say that the campaign was being made by outsiders on behalf of the team...

You can't really blame them... Basketball doesn't receive that much financial investment in the country..
Maybe the reason we aren't reading about the coach and players complaining of unpaid bonus is because most of them are doing it out of patriotism... Most of them are well paid at their club....
I doubt the coach is being paid either. This is why we need to shock the world at the Olympics - both Men and Women. Medalling will bring the team much needed sponsors.

Nigerian Basketball has been reduced to soliciting funds on Twitter. So much so that GoFundMe had to promote their fundraising campaign.

A nation of 200 million and you can't support a sport. Good God....

This is what happens when a federal sports organization gets its acts right and there is no politics in team selection

You hire a top class coach (Mike brown) and pay him his emoluments as when due.

You give same coach free rein in choosing his players (Mike Brown's contract includes that clause). No unnecessary quota system

You ensure the players aren't owed. You pay them when you should. No stories, no empty promises

Tell me people, doesn't the NFF get a bigger share of the pie compared to the NBBF?

Don't we have more footballing talents in this country (and abroad) than basketball talents

The answers are clear as day. Pinnick and co have outstayed their welcome in the footballing glass house and I wonder what's delaying Buhari in removing the idiots
Forget about share of the pie, the NBBF isn't even at the picnic grin. The FG barely gives them anything. They had to take out loans for the FIBA world cup.

What can Rohr do if both men have expressed their desire to retire from international football? Didn't Rohr reach out to Igahlo not too long ago?

When Nigerians lambast their country, they do it out of serious concern and with the hope that things will get better. When Oyibos or foreigners diss our country, they do it out spite, with no concern for our welfare. They do not give a damn about whether Igbos are being oppressed or if Fulanis marauding ethnic minorities.

Think twice before siding with an Oyibo who's criticizing your nation. Grow some balls and have some dignity.

It's high time Nigeria won a world cup or get to the semi-final. We are a footballing Nation and we deserve it. We are the first African country to win a FIFA organized tornament in 1985. We have won everything at youth level. We are the highest ranking African team in history (1994 eagles were 5th best in the world). Apart from eto we are the only African country with a 20 goal striker in the Italian league (Simmmy nwankwo). The most expensive African player is a Nigerian (Victor Osimhen).
The first African to play for Chelsea is a Nigerian (Celestine Babayaro). The highest scoring African in the fa cup is a Nigerian (Kelechi iheanacho).
There is a Nigerian kid called Francis dada in Bayern youth team. We have our wonder kids like Akinkunmi Amoo waiting to explode.
We have the histi, pedigree and culture to do it. We only need to believe in ourselves.
WE CAN DO IT

After all Ahmed Musa once went toe to toe with Messi and proved himself. It's high time we fullfiled our potential and won the world cup
We need to win AFCONs too lol. Its hard stake a claim as being the giant of football on this continent when the Cameroonians and Egyptians are ahead of us. We have alot of catch-up to do!
