Amount:Kindly analyse how Peter Obi would have made the difference by governing in a way that Nigerians would have been healed from Buhari’s 8 years of maladministration? |
Eriokanmi:The obidients cut across all tribes and religions in this country. It is a movement. |
DominusPrime:You’re a satirist! 😀🤣🤣 |
Commendable! Good way to live and play politics. We win some, we loose some! Mutual relationship should continue. |
stuffs2002:All your points are valid! However, those can best be applied to individuals but those staff are too many to administer the due process. (I’m not condemning due process) The whole country now have the knowledge that staff in the federal ministry of works, Abuja are habitual late comers |
KingLennon:If you had had an important appointment in that office by 10am and the staff that was to attend to you was clocking in by 1pm. How would you feel? Failure of the Blackman to take responsibility and do the right thing is one of the reasons we are stagnant and backward. |
stuffs2002:How? |
I’m not mocking him, but he’s having a firsthand experience of the trauma and pains victims of these wicked kidnappers are passing through. |
Any country that neglects SME is toiling with fire. Every multinational corporation of today started as an SME. Our varying administration economic policy formations are detrimental to the survival of the SMEs. |
Obidients are yet to recover from the heavy knockout they received at the presidential polls. |
Johnson5258:You’re 100% on point. All the corrupt politicians were tutored by the civil servants on how to dip their hands into the cookie jar. That’s why the civil servant observe the body language of every newly appointed/elected political office holder to know where and how to react. They derive joy when they observe that the latter would continue to old rotten ways while the fight and launch propaganda against the few who want to effect positive change. A good lesson is the Bunmi Tunji-Ojo of Interior Ministry. |
fitinwell:So you prefer the rude and indecorous working styles of the civil servants. |
Odibembem:OBJ used propaganda to boot out those guys from their respective offices. He sponsored malicious comments that created bitterness about them. Tony Anenih even threw a jab at OBJ when the later said they should ask Anenih about the N27b budget allocated for the Abuja - Lokoja - Benin federal highway. Anenih said ‘how can a military guy turned civilian question a man (himself) whose trade is politics’ An individual cannot constitute cabal, it takes more than an individual to do that. Beyond Anenih, you can’t point to another folk. He was never a cabal under OBJ. |
The lawyer don hammer if this were to be in US. He just sue the officer and the agency with huge damages. The court will award a huge monetary compensation while the officer(s) will loose their jobs. |
I don’t believe a disciplined man like Umahi will stoop low to apologize for taking the right step. I’ll be iron-handed if I were to head any government agency because most civil servants lack discipline. They believe their union to protest and protect them. |
Food poisoning? Didn’t she have a personal cook? Wike’s confession and experience comes to mind. It’s a lesson that people in top positions should be careful of what and where they eat and who serves them. |
I’m every dispute/argument, truth is the casualty. And time is a gentleman, it will reveal the truth sooner or later. The Blackman is the enemy of the black race and we keep blaming colonial masters for our ordeals. For how long shall we continue to blame colonialism? |
Odibembem:Tony Anenih was never a cabal under OBJ. The ‘Mr Fix It’ was as a result of him being the minister of works to ‘put the bad roads in proper shape’ |
This article is referring directly to the DSS. It is the only organization that has the time and tools to effect that. The Police is so useless that any idiot with naira can influence them. You must know that the DSS guys are creepy and everywhere. A good lesson is one of their officers that stabbed a man in Oshogbo last month. Pls fear DSS. A brother once told me a story of about the experience of his junior brother who was a car dealer in Ikare-Akoko. He said the auto dealers had a particular area as market in that town. He (the junior brother) said the auto dealers were many and they used to gather to play and discuss all the time. And there was this particular fellow whom they thought was part of them (thinking he was a dealer). And there was a particular day that one of them saw an ID card on the floor and took it, behold, it reads the picture and name of that fellow as a DSS officer. He said they took the ID and kept it with one of their Ogas at the auto mart. So, some moment later, they saw him (the DSS guy) stylishly looking around but won’t ask anyone and they all keep quiet. He said it took their oga to tell the DSS guy that we saw an ID card on the floor with your name and picture on it. He said the guy said yes, it belongs to him. It was this time that the DSS guy opened up that he’s on intelligence gathering to the fold of the auto dealership in that Akoko axis. He confessed that he left to send the morning report (intelligence) and his ID fell on his way home that morning. The funniest thing is that they ceased to see that guy since that day. I guess he was withdrawn back to the office or another mission field in a different location. |
I’m advocating that only people with university degree in political science should be allowed to play politics. Why? You need a minimum bachelor degree in law to practice as a lawyer. Only graduates from medical schools are certified to become doctors. You can’t practice as an engineer without a university degree. So why are we allowing people without knowledge of political science to venture into politics . |
Ethnic jingoism among Nigerians = Blackman undoing fellow Blackman. It is directly proportional to stagnation and backwardness. |
OBJ remains the only president without cabals around him in this our democratic era. Every president with cabals around them always ended up becoming a disaster. Cabals around Tinubu are: Gbaja, Alake, Remi, Tunde Rahman, ……. You can add yours . |
Sillymoderators:I live in the US, you can’t come late to work and protest. You’ll be fired at the second attempt and it goes straight to your work profile in the labor office. That’s why some black folks are unemployable because they’ve messed up their job records. Their human right does not apply to you coming late to work. |
softy:It takes well determined leader who matches words with action to effect a change. We can learn from Late Prof. Dora Akunyili and here sterling reforms in NAFDAC and Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa and his current exploits in NDLEA. An organization or institution takes shape from the leadership body language. |
Fuckyoumod:So you’re directly saying we should keeping encouraging the tradition of impunity and indiscipline in the civil service? It seems you’ve not fallen victim of the rot and evil services by these civil servants. It takes a a determined leader to set the pace for an institution to follow. A good example is the warning by the minister of interior that he won’t allow a situation where issuing passports will take forever to get. Do you think the senior immigration officers will be happy with him? No! The simple reason is because those wicked officers profit from the pains and agony of we helpless Nigerians that patronize their offices. |
loswhite:Would you allow your staff to be reporting to work by 9:35an when the official resumption time is 9:00am if you own a company. Mixing sentiments to sensitive issue is the major reason why the black race will never advance. These same civil servants connive with contractors to manipulate road designs and over-inflate contracts and you’re here supporting them. |
kingjoe:By ‘wickedness’: do you mean STRICTER, IRON-HANDED or MORE DISCIPLINED than Wike? |
Effecting change in a corrupt system will definitely attract attacks from those benefiting from the rots. They won’t try this with wicked Wike. |
So Seun has suddenly become an economist. He should better face his Nairaland forum and design ways to chisel out the ethnic jingoists trying to hijack it. |
The speaker should be slammed with contempt of court to saying this. Is the separation of power functioning in Nigeria? |
Rossikk:Which of the Jews? The Jews came from Israel, Israel came from Isaac, Isaac came from Abraham, Abraham came from Hebrew and the Hebrews were descendants of Shem. |
All these dictatorial governors read the book of how to change deputies written by Tinubu between 1999 and 2007. |

. I thought only ibos were tagged obidients. What a colossal reasoning by those who crave ineptitude. You ain't seen nothing yet. Ęyin l'okan, as we can all see.
