I DON'T think I'm very much inspired to be writing this story and updating every Saturday, when I've only got one dedicated reader.

It's a great story, isn't it? So what's the problem?

Religion / Re: Is It A Sin To Have Sex With Wife On Sunday? by PreciousG1(m): 2:33pm On Aug 13, 2017
It is not a sin to sleep with your wife on a Sunday.
But I believe what your wife tried to do is maintain or prepare herself for the presence of God.
In time of old, God gave the Jews instructions on how to appear before him. How to prepare their selves and environment for His presence. It was mostly about being clean and abstaining from their wives for a period.

Just had to mention it.
Once saved forever saved. Whats ur view on that?

Personally:
I think its scriptural but i dont believe it the way the pentecostals preach it cos they don't give room for holiness.

I believe Salvation is the ultimate reward we hope to obtain at the end of the day. But saved in this concept, to me, means conversion. That point where you decided to follow Christ and the Christian faith. We are converted by faith. Now we have to add to our faith, works. It's these works that would be tried.
Conversion is once, but the works after conversion is the determining factor in the race.

I get ur point. But even though they missed the first resurrection the foolish virgins still came forth in the second ressurection and were judged according to their works. They were virgins and their works was pure before God and they entered into the Kingdom.

Last bullet:
Your nature on earth, you cant lose it no matter ur mistakes.

Judas was not a believer, he was not saved so he didn't lose his salvation because he didn't have salvation in the first place. When Jesus called him, he knew was the son of perdition.

Talking about Better, First, Second Resurrections is outside the scope of this Topic. But just to mention it, no matter what state a person is before death, there's resurrection for all. It's the judgment that will determine where everyone stands

Religion / Re: Can A Saved Person Lose His Salvation? by PreciousG1(m): 3:14pm On Oct 06, 2013
A lot has been said about this topic. I believe the problem here is the confusion of the term Salvation. Salvation is the end result of our faithful service after we believe. You only receive salvation at the end of life's race not before.
Romans 13:11 gives the knowledge that where we are isn't the desired place but we're closer to it than when we believed and started the race of our Salvation. Salvation is the ultimate reward we hope to receive after our faithful service here on earth.
Apostles of Christ likened the Christian Life to a race or a competition with rules that must be followed. Where such rules are not followed diligently till the end, we run in vain. Receiving the Holy Spirit is the commission to start the race. If you fail, you lose.

No matter how foolish they were. They were still virgins. Their foolishness did not change their nature.

Even as virgins, they lost the chance they had. That is the point about losing your Salvation
Politics / This Should Be Our Fight When We Protest by PreciousG1(m): 6:01am On Jan 07, 2012
Check out this email I received detailing the outrageous figures paid to a Nigeria Senator. Little wonder why everyone in Nigeria has political ambitions and will do whatever it takes to get there.
Basic Salary (BS) – N2,484,245.50
Hardship Allowance @ 50% of Basic Salary – N1,242,122.70 (I love this kind of hardship)
Constituency allowance @ 200% of BS - N4,968,509.00
Furniture Allowance @ 300% of BS – N7,452,736.50
Newspaper allowance @ 50% – N1,242,122.70 (Which kind newspaper be this, abi na online or hard copy?)
Wardrobe allowance @ 25% – N621,061.37
Recess Allowance @ 10% – N248,424.55
Accommodation @ 200% – N4,968,509.00
Utilities @ 30% – N828,081.83
Domestic Staff @ 35% – N863,184.12
Entertainment @ 30% – N828,081.83
Personal Assistance @ 25% – N621,061.37
Vehicle Maintenance Allowance @ 75% – N1,863,184.12
Leave Allowance @ 10% – N248,424.55
One off payments (Severance gratuity) @ 300% – N7,452,736.50 (Once they get fired.)
Motor Vehicle Allowance @ 400% of BS – N9,936,982.00 – Every Four Years
Senator’s Salary per month – N2,456,647.70
Total = N29,479,749.00 Per Year
Allowance of Nigerian Senator: $1,500,000/year
GDP of Nigerian Economy: $45 Billion/year

A feeding frenzy!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
Compare with this -
Salary of the U.S. President: $250,000/year
GDP of the U.S. Economy: $13 Trillion/year

What do these Senators do to deserve this? Most of the Pharmacists, Engineers, Lawyers, Doctors, Welfare coordinators, Teachers/Lecturers, Engineers, Civil Servants and other productive professionals cannot boast of N1 million per year. What a pity !!! SAY NO TO THIS OPEN LOOTING OF NIGERIA. SEND A LINK OF THIS POST TO ALL PATRIOTIC NIGERIANS.
Politics / Re: Nlc To Shut Down Airports, Banks, Etc - Advises Masses To Stockpile. Who Loses? by PreciousG1(m): 12:36pm On Jan 05, 2012
Let us protest for a pay cut for our elected office holders. From d LG Councillor to d President. Lets regulate how much they get in terms of salary, sitting allowances, even d number of aides n assistants they can have under govt payroll. Until we do dat, we'll continue on this part of self-destruct
Politics / Re: An Open Letter To Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi by PreciousG1(m): 12:07pm On Jan 05, 2012
SLS was bold enough to tell us dat our National Assembly spends 25% of FG overhead, and he was summoned to d Senate house. At d end of d day, d Senate went quiet cos it was true. Nigerians did not react, NLC did not react, TUC did not react. Now our President is saying for Nigeria to move forward, we cannot continue paying for fuel subsidy, No problem. I agree its a necessary step but its being timed wrongly.
If we must move forward as a country, we need enabling laws. Our National Assembly need to make good legislatures. Telecommunication sector was deregulated. NCC is messed because we don't have good laws to work with. We are all aware dat MTN makes money from Nigeria n takes it to South Africa, but nothing is being done. How can a member of d National Assembly make a change worthy n masses-centred legislature when he doesn't experience what d masses experience? He doesn't buy call cards like u n I, he doesn't try loading a webpage on his phone for 5 minutes, neither does he dail a number repeatedly for hour without getting a connection, how will he know dat we are being exploited? Now we want to deregulate d Downstream Sector without proper laws to regulate activities of d investors that will come in. Let us wake up from our sleep of ignorance n face our reality. Until we have legislators dat earn like d average Nigerian n spend like d average Nigerian, we cannot move forward. Until we tell them how much their pay should be n how many aides they can have officially, we cannot move forward.
I will support a protest dat will seek to correct our mistakes of d past. The President cannot tell any of them what their pay should be, he'll be impeached same day(whether d house is on break or not). Only our voice as a people can achieve this. Nobody else can fight this fight for us.
May God be wit us all!
Business / Re: Asset Vs Liability by PreciousG1(m): 8:27pm On Nov 03, 2009
Welcome again.

Today I'll like to talk about a liability that most of us like to acquire. We may be aware that it is a liability, but we are still compelled to acquire it. I'm talking about our cars or automobile.

It is always taking from your pocket and never putting anything back in it. Except you are using it for public transportation. Yes, it is a "necessity" and a liability.

But it can also be an asset. If you know how to make your money work for you and pay for your car expenses before tax, then it will help you make more money without taking it from your income after tax.

Good luck in figuring out how to make your car "not-a-liability."
Business / Asset Vs Liability by PreciousG1(m): 2:42pm On Nov 02, 2009
What investments in Nigeria do you think are assets or liabilities?

Is your house/building an asset or a liability? A lot of us cannot tell the difference between an asset and a liability in our investment choices and that is why, we make some wrong investment decisions.

I'll like us to list investments and categorize them into Assets and Liabilities with reasons.

Personally, I think a house or a building is both an asset and a liability. If you live in it, it is a liability because you'll spend money from your "pocket" on repairs and upgrades. If you don't live in it and it gives you a positive cash-flow, then it is an asset.

By positive cash-flow I mean after payment for repairs and upgrade, you still have some money left as "profit" from the rent.

Next time I'll list more assets and liabilities.

Go for something that will give you time to study and make more money.

I feel for you and I know its being long your placed this post.

My advice to you will be for you to stick to the job while looking for alternative. If you want another full-time job, hold the present one while you search for another. But if you desire a part-time job that pays you as well as (most times better than) a full-time job, go for afilliates marketing or network marketing (or whatever you choose to call it). They are the present in thing.

Religion / Re: From Where Did Cain's Bride And Her Family Originate? by PreciousG1(m): 7:42am On Jan 06, 2009
Be careful what you read and what you write.

Telling us that the creation story of Genesis is not complete/correct is
like saying the Bible is not complete/correct.

If anybody is saying there were other HUMANS already on earth before
the creation of Adam and Eve, then the person is indirectly saying that
the earth was not created by GOD in seven days during which the man
Adam was also created.

Please read your Bible. Agreed, there are other books written by prophets
of God that are not in the Bible. God caused the ones in the Bible to be
recorded for our edification. Everything a christain needs is recorded in
the Bible. Do not be deceived.

Adverts / Are You Ready To Make Money Online? by PreciousG1(m): 2:28pm On Dec 09, 2008
Before you can have a successful home based business, you must first possess 3 Important Qualities. These are things that must come from WITHIN you.

1.

First, you must have a strong WHY.

Why MUST you have a successful home business? What is driving you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?

For me, I HAD TO HAVE the freedom of being able to control my life and finances through a little box (laptop computer) that I could carry with me anywhere in the world and not be tied to anyone's time pressures or demands but my own. That was my carrot and my stick. I felt a great pain deep in my gut of missing out on the incredible freedom that succeeding in a home based business would provide for me. I found my why. You MUST find yours.

2.

You must BELIEVE that it is possible.

If you don't believe that it's POSSIBLE for you to have a successful home based business or make your living from home, you won't. It's that simple.

For me, figuring out that it was possible was just a matter of realizing that many other people were ALREADY making great money working from home. If they could do it, I could too. It would just be a matter of figuring out what those people were doing and then adapting it to my situation.

There is no shortage of undeniable PROOF that people (millions of them) are making money working from home. Just get online and do some research and you'll find countless testimonials and stories of REAL PEOPLE making real money on the Internet. Truth is, it's getting easier and easier to make money with your own home based business.

I've always said that "affiliate marketing" (a simple way to make money from home) is the job of the future. In the old days, you had to go to a potential employer, apply for the position and hope for the best. Now you can simply go to any company you want, fill out their affiliate application and start work immediately. Affiliates are the new working class. In fact, making money with affiliate programs or making your living on the Internet is WAY MORE than possible. It is pretty much (or will be soon enough) unavoidable now. Affiliate marketing is the "job" of the future that's already here TODAY.

3.

You must be willing to MAKE THE LEAP.

Ready, FIRE, then aim, This is the operating philosophy you MUST adopt to succeed with a home based business.

That's backwards for most people who like to aim before they fire. The fact is that home based business success is a moving target, The only thing constant about it, is change. You need to stop analyzing the game and simply jump into it. You can't learn from the outside, You have to be *IN THE RING* to truly understand and profit from it. In fact, this is a business where you can truly be earning WHILE you're still learning,

The lesson here is that you will never really be READY to start a home based business. You simply have to start one. It's like having children, You're never really ready, but when it happens you adapt and grow and therefore you succeed. This is what I call: "Making the Leap"!

The good news is that the cost of failure with having your own home based business is very small. In the "brick and mortar" world you need to evaluate things very carefully before you decide to open up a business. It's almost always necessary to invest hundreds thousands of Naira to get an offline business off the ground. However, on the Internet you can often start a successful business for less than $100 (about N12,000).

You simply need get IN THE GAME, Each moment that you stay "out there," you're wasting valuable time that you could be learning the skills necessary to build a successful home based business. In fact, if you're not in the game yet, you're ALREADY behind the times, Make the leap to starting and building a successful home business TODAY!

If you Believe you are Ready to get in the Game, contact me on preciousroyalbiz@gmail.com for guidance. If you write, I'll send you a Free E-book that teaches a lot on Affiliate Marketing and also show you Affiliate programs you will benefit from.
