In fact, democracy is gradually taking root and the court of appeal just gave a sound judgement that will help deepen democracy the more. People who rigged their way into office will no longer be allowed to benefit from their criminality.


If Wike want to continue as governor, he should contest and win a free, fair and credible rerun election. The last election in Rivers state cannot stand any credible legal scrutiny as we've seen. It was a complete charade. Kudos to the judiciary for ensuring that justice is done in this case.

And u think there will ever be a free and fair election in Nigeria under this Government that wants everything for itself?. Kogi and bayelsa elections are enough for one to know that free and fair election under this govt won't be easy to come by.
