When jamb wanted to start cbt, people asked similar questions but it has been highly successful.

Email address is not something hard to come by and if you don't have then I think phone number should be a second option not the ultimate one

I have always wondered why important things like BVN and Co are tied to our phone numbers instead of email addresses.

One can easily change their phone number, lose it or give it out without getting it back.

Email addresses on the other hand is a lot easier to keep over the years and I feel is a lot more secure.

I mean if anyone wants to get at you, they will need access to your password unlike text messages that are pretty much open to anyone who cares to look.

So I don't know why banks and FG keeps tieing our identities to phone numbers but I think email addresses would have been a better option

you know what nursing mothers use to clean their baby's mess (bum bum), is called Baby wipes and It's not far fetched. every grocery store sells it. Use it as facial wipes. It contain some nourishment to the skin.

Pls apply cautio when using anything recommended online, some are out to advertise their products which may be harmful to your skin.

try include foods like quaker oats into ur diet.quaker oats works good on the skin then apples as well.it makes ur skin looks velvety.after doing that maybe u should also change ur body cream...ur cream might be reacting with ur skin.

I try eating fruits nowadays but apple falls on the more expensive side (considering the price and size plus my stomach size). I go for bananas, water melon, oranges and carrots.

I'm also thinking the same thing about the cream. Right now I don't know the type of cream to use

One last advice wash your pillow cases regularly and sun dry your pillow regularly if possible daily as gems from dirty sheets have been famous for interfering with facial skin. This is one primary source of bacteria that gets to the skin and affects the skin's outlook

Try home remedies. Dry yeast paste helps with pores. Only dry yeast mixed with water. Apply on the face & wait for it to start cracking. Rinse & apply whatever moisturizing cream you use on your face. Do this at least once a week.

For softness try a raw egg yolk. Beat it up as if you're about to make an omelette. Follow the instructions above & you should start seeing some improvement after a while.
