I was called by one of your customer care representatives that apologized for that and I should have replied this thread but I've been so busy.
My reason of being furious with your company is that I experienced such occurrence with you as at September 23rd & 24th with N250 each on the different days which was only credited on the 27th that I really hammered on it after sending mails and calling your company.

The last time before then that I paid with my Mastercard to load my account was August 22nd which as well gave problem then though it didn't take so long before it was rectified.

The same issue is still happening even up till October 17th that I used my Visacard this time around to load my account with N750 and it happened to be credited on the 23rd after I hammered on it again though I previously called thrice or four times of which I should have also communicated via e-mail but I travelled and didn't have much time to communicate.

That network failure you are claiming to be recent isn't recent at all as you can see above with my observations and you need to work on resolving the issue faster and do your company want to know how much I've lost not excluding trust as I promised my subscribers an important message on those very fateful days until I was so highly dissapointed and humiliated.

You are right my brother and I will surely test the site or is there anyone here that has done one or two successful transactions with them.

The so-called site portal has been so frustrating in terms of funding one's account using VISACARD or MASTERCARD gateway as it is meant to reflect instantly but they keep asking you the same question even if you call them several times to complain and they won't still credit your account.

My first complaint took close to 5 days before it could be resolved after getting across to them severally via e-mail & call and this second one which I initiated since on the 17th is yet to be credited and all I've been receiving is that "we will get back to you" instead of crediting it instantly of which I'm not sure when they will do that but I've given them 24hrs ultimatum to get mine and that of others funded with immediate effect.

I hereby warn anyone that have account with them and want to fund his/her account should not do so until when they've resolved their issue which I will confirm and update you with.

Below is also screenshot of the messages [indicated with red arrow] that I furiously sent to them which will also stand as proof of evidence.

I've never applied and I've never had the card.

I'm sure it's because you didn't upload scanned copy[Front & Back] of your ID card be it Voters Card,Driver License,National ID card or International passport as they do send a message to applicant e-mail most often that do show clickable UPLOAD LINK where you'll required to upload the front & back of your ID card.
Can you get that?That is what I can see as the reason for them to have declined your application.Just mail or call them please.

Great question in here as it depends on their choice as they can either decide to use VPN or betterstill,they can call PayPal while in USA to get them informed that they will be coming to Nigeria and they will like to be operating their PayPal from Nigeria.
PayPal will tell them to make a call when they get to Nigeria & PayPal will know how to specially whitelist their IP and account.

Try it out but I advise you get your USA Phone linked to your paypal so as to use it to call paypal before/when doing that so that they can look into whatever problem that might arise as I like doing that but it is not compulsory.

Congrats and for the questionaire verification,it is highly recommended you make use of your PayPal account in conjuction with your facebook account for that instead of wasting time.

Link your US ACH with your USA PayPal and mail them that you want to use your USA ACH for withdrawing from your PayPal making sure that the name on your PayPal agrees with the name on your Payoneer Card/USA ACH details and they will ask you to send the screenshot of your paypal account to them.
Now make sure that you load say at least $10 into your PayPal and then take a very clean preferably .PNG format screenshot with the help of SNIPPING TOOL or other software making sure that it shows your name as it is on your USA ACH,showing verified status and making sure that the balance of say $10 reflects [You can as well show recent transactions performed on your account even while it is still unverified].
N.B:Don't add your ACH details to your PayPal account immediately you open it but give it say after a week or so OR after you must have make some one or two transactions on your PayPal account even while it is still unverified.

It takes sometimes up to 2-3 weeks although I've helped a client to apply for it say 3 weeks ago and it was approved after 1hr and I think that the person must have been lucky.
Make sure you've as well uploaded the front & back of your Identity card should in case they sent you an upload link to your e-mail.
