They only have authority to modify for married,widowed or divorced women
If you are doing for reasons other than the stated above, you would have to go to Abuja.

My wife changed her from her maiden name on her old passport to her married name in the renewed one, and that was without any hassle as the name she wanted to change to was the same name on her NIN (she first modified her NIN and presented the new slip).

soon as your wife starts cheating, just know there's something that you are not doing, go down on your knees and pray, don't let another man break your home.
