RomanceHausa ladies are pretty but terrible in bed - Man Says by PrettyGist(op):
Hausa women have nothing to offer in relationships and they're terrible in bed"- Hausa man says and Twitter users react

A man from Northern Nigeria has taken to Twitter to degrade Hausa women.

The man, who claims to be Hausa, and writes it fluently, said all Arewa women have to offer is their pretty face. He claims they lack communication skills and are terrible in bed.

He tweeted:

Take away their pretty face, most Hausa women have nothing to offer in relationships, their love and communication skills is very poor, not to talk of how terrible they're in bed. Give a Hausa man a taste of Yoruba or Nupe sex game and he'd never go back to Hausa women.
In a separate tweet, he accused Arewa women of having superiority complex.

But women on Twitter jumped to the defence of Arewa women.

Below are some reactions to his tweets...

CelebritiesBobrisky’s Mother Not Dead, His Lies, Real Age Exposed By Enquirermag by PrettyGist(op): 8:26am On Jan 24, 2019
Gleefully dishonest, intentionally ambiguous, eternally bored, and unfathomably manipulative, self-styled queen of social media, Idris Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky is no doubt Nigeria’s ultimate master of deception. For whatever his/her reasons for denying his mother and to the extent of proclaiming the innocent woman of substance as being dead, the controversial cross dresser sure needs to see a psychiatrist.

Stunning facts have emerged on the true position of Bobrisky’s mother and the woman is far from being dead. The woman of substance who’s popularly referred to as Alhaja Bollington is hale and hearty, in fact, she lives and has a big provision store inside Magodo in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos, this much Enquirermag can authoritatively disclose.

It is crystal clear that Idris Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky is undeniably a chronic liar and like all pathological liars, they learned from an early age that they get punished more often for telling the truth than they do for lying. They get so accustomed to devious behaviour that they lie without much thought or emotion, their situation is that critical and, so it is, for the flash-in-the-pan cross-dresser who broke down in tears during the last Mothers’ Day to claim his mother is not alive.

”Mum, I love you with all my heart, I’m hustle back to back to make you proud. Continue to rest in peace. I love you”, she cried in the Mothers’ Day video she posted on Instagram in March last year, 2018 and he also just posted another one recently.

The self acclaimed queen of snapchat has endlessly built his fame on multiple falsehoods, in fact his series of lies are pandemic that one wonders how he goes to bed at night. One of his biggest lies is the issue of his age, Bob who’s claiming to be a 1992 child was born in the 80s according to family sources. According to Enquirermag’s impeccable sources, this is someone who was still at his mother’s 60th birthday sometime in November 2016 inside Magodo whilst she was still test-running his/her gender. Infact, we’re able to get a picture of him with one of his siblings on the occasion of the mum’s 60th birthday and we’re told he (Idris) and his siblings threw caution to the wind by engaging each other’s jugular, fighting over who should pay for photography, we gathered it took the intervention of the Magodo police to pour oil on troubled water.

Bob with one of his siblings on mum’s 60th
”He lived his formative years with Alhaja inside Magodo, everybody knows them, they’re popular here, it’s just sad for him to be telling people his mum is dead, why does he want the woman dead, his mum is hale and hearty, nothing is wrong with Alhaja Bollington, she’s always in her shop where she sells provision, you can go there and talk to her”, the source told this magazine.

It will interest you to find out that Bobrisky’s mum, Alhaja Bollington is as popular in Magodo as his son on social media, if you doubt this, just pick a bike from Magodo gate and tell them you’re going to Alhaja Bollington’s shop, the provision store where she sells is on 47, Abdulquadri Street, opposite MRA office, Magodo Shangisha, Lagos.

Our indefatigable team of investigative reporters was at Alhaja Bollington’s provision store inside Magodo where we met with some of his siblings and also eldest sister, and fortunately the mum, Alhaja was inside her tenant’s shop, Mama Calabar where she was actually making her hair and nails on that fateful day. We did buy few things and recorded this video when efforts to talk to them proved abortive, we were actually warned to desist from bringing the matter up with his mum because that’s one pain in the old woman’s ass, the source told us she might break down for the rest of the day and it might spark other controversies. Below is the footage of the provision store.

According to sources close to the family, Bobrisky, born Idris Okuneye is the woman’s last born and his other siblings are in the US while his sister, who just relocated from the US is presently helping the old woman to run her shop in Magodo, there’s also Gideon, Bobrisky’s nephew (in the video) who’s his carbon copy when he was still his real self.

The old woman, according to the source has been keeping to herself ever since she learnt of her son’s scandalously queer choice of life, “Alhaja is so sad to hear what Idris has turned to, she doesn’t usually come out in public like before, she strolls to her shop and goes back home everyday, the source told us.

This is indeed a shocking discovery that has kept mouths wide open. Why on earth would someone declare a woman who carried him/her in her womb for 9 months dead just for fame and money. Anyway it’s never too late to reconcile with your family Bob, our honest advice.

Photos of a man's dirty house have been shared online and some tried to defend him by saying he was just being a typical bachelor. But others said he was simply dirty and not all bachelors live that way.

In the photos, trash and half-eaten foods can be seen lying around. Cigarette butt also littered the place and so did unwashed bowls, bottles, clothes, and more.

"It's all about being a bachelor, nothing else folks huh?? Mostly geniuses lead this life ??." A male Twitter user tried to explain away the dirtiness.

CelebritiesRight Now, I Can’t Combine Music With Marriage – Skales by PrettyGist(op): 4:08am On Jan 23, 2019
Rapper and singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, tells OLUSHOLA RICKETTS about his sojourn in the music industry

Did you achieve everything you set out to do last year?

Yes, I did. Most importantly, I put out my first studio album and worked with top artistes I have always seen as my idols. Last year was great for me, but there is always the desire to do more.

Since last year was better than 2017, I expect this year to be better than last year. I have started this year on a bright note already. I just released a new single, Feposi. I plan to do more songs this year and put smiles on the faces of people who have been supporting me from day one.

Why did you release a song so early in the year?

For me, when it comes to music, I don’t relax. At every point, I must have one or two fresh materials that I can release when the need arises. Of course, I have my time for relaxation but it doesn’t stop me from putting out content.

Why have you not held a major concert like most of your colleagues?

I was very busy last year. I was hardly in the country; so, there was no time to plan but I should have a major show this year. For a concert, you need to plan well. If you fail to plan, you will plan to fail. However, I have done some shows in Lagos in the past. If I set out to do something, I like to do it well.

Have you really made money from music?

Obviously, music has made me who I am today. I have travelled to different countries and I wouldn’t have achieved that without music.

Music is a business and for you to get into any business, you need to study it well and know what people ahead of you did that worked for them. The music business is very lucrative for those that understand it.

What has changed about you since you came to the limelight?

I am a star now. When I released my first single 10 years ago, nobody knew who I was. I have more exposure now and I have grown in my music too. As we speak, I don’t think there is any music-loving Nigerian who doesn’t know Skales.

At the outset, did you know you would become a star?

I am a believer. I even think I should be in a better position now; but I am thankful to God for where I am today. The truth is that we all venture into one thing or the other to win. I ventured into music because I believed I would succeed in it, though I didn’t know how and when it would happen.

You said in your first single that you would win a Grammy. Do you still think that is feasible?

We shouldn’t forget that Rome wasn’t built in a day. If it happens, it’s okay and it is also okay if it doesn’t happen. People will always remember that I had a dream to win a Grammy and at least, I tried my best. I believe that one day, with the way our music is growing, a Nigerian will win a Grammy. If it happens to be another Nigerian musician, I will still be happy.

Was there a time you wanted to quit music?

No, I have never thought of that. I do music because I love it, not for profit. When I retire from the mainstream, I will still be doing music for fun.

Have you ever experienced any form of depression?

I can’t be depressed to the extent of thinking of committing suicide because I am always surrounded by people that love me. I share things with these people a lot. Whenever you are in a terrible situation, you should speak to people and visit experts on mental health issues. In the university, I studied psychology. I know that once a depressed person is left alone, suicidal thoughts set in.

I advise people battling with depression to surround themselves with people who love them. The truth is that even the richest man on earth gets depressed, but when you surround yourself with people you can talk to, it helps. In most cases, the people who committed suicide didn’t have anyone to talk to.

What role do your parents play in your success story?

I was raised by a single parent, my mother, and she did a lot for me. Everyone knows my story. Now, she always tells me that she is proud of me.

Where is your dad?

My parents separated many years ago when I was a kid. I don’t know who my dad is; I don’t know if he is alive or dead.

Don’t you feel the need to look for your dad?

I believe that it is the work of a father to look for his child. I am about to start my own family; I don’t know if I care about that. Having a mother who has played a fatherly role in my life has made things easier for me.

Have you forgiven your dad for abandoning you?

Of course, I have put that behind me. I am called Mr Love; I can never be bothered about anything. But if I meet him, he needs to tell me what went wrong.

Does your mum mount pressure on you to get married?

Yes, she does. She has told me many times that she cannot wait to be a grandmother and carry my children. But I keep telling her that I am not ready for marriage. I am more concerned about my work. Music is like a woman; it takes all your attention. It is hard to give music and your wife equal attention.

Does this mean you cannot combine music with marriage?

For now, it will be hard for someone like me who travels a lot. When I start a family, I will have to cut down on my travelling. We also need to understand that despite being an only child, I am still too young to get married. Marriage shouldn’t be my priority right now.

Which of your songs is so dear to you?

My new song, Feposi, is dear to me because I sampled the legendary musician, Faze. When I played the song to him, he fell in love with it and asked me to release it. But the most important song of my career is Fire Waist. When I released the song last year, it became accepted all over the world. It is presently more appreciated in other countries than even my country, Nigeria.

How do you get inspiration for songs?

I have been doing this for years and I am always in the studio. When you are always around people who love music, you can never be short of ideas. I get inspiration from people around me and experiences of life.

What is your major concern about the music industry?

I feel there is no love in the industry. That is why people always have issues with one another.

How would you describe your personality?

I am cool, calm and collected. I am passionate about music.

What are those things you would like to change about yourself?

I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and it is really hard. I have said to myself that before this year ends, I must have achieved my goal. Apart from this, there is nothing I don’t like about myself.

Are you not proud of your body?

Trying to lose weight doesn’t mean I am not proud of my look, but I need to stay healthy. I am not a fat man though.

How would you describe your relationship with Wizkid at the moment?

Everything is okay between me and Wizkid; we are family. We are planning to do something together soon.

How do you relax?

I like to stay indoors, watching movies and other progammes on television.

Does your girlfriend feel insecure whenever ladies seek your attention?

She is also into entertainment; so, she understands this. But that doesn’t mean I take her for granted.

Do you think it is wise for an artiste to marry from his or her industry?

If there is an understanding between the two persons in question, there is no problem. I think it has to do with maturity.

How do you feel whenever you remember that you started from nothing?

It makes me proud and inspired to do greater things. I am where I am today because of prayers and hard work. The fact that I don’t want to return to where I used to be has made me to work even harder.

What are your regrets in life?

A major one is losing some good friends because I couldn’t make time for them any longer. I became busy and they became busy too. I still try to reach out to them occasionally, but we cannot hang out as we did in the past. They are working as well and we live in different cities.

Crime2 Sisters Arrested For Attempting To Smuggle Drugs Into Kuje Prison (Photo) by PrettyGist(op): 3:40am On Jan 23, 2019
Officers of the Kuje Medium Security Prison in the Federal Capital Territory have arrested two sisters for attempting to smuggle substances suspected to be cannabis and Tramadol into the prison premises.

The prime suspect, identified as Miss Blessing Chinwuba, allegedly concealed the prohibited items in a carton of neatly packed noodles, which she wanted to take into the prison.

She was arrested by vigilant officers at the prison’s gate before she could pass the items to an inmate, John Ifeanyichukwu.

This was contained in a statement by the FCT Prisons Service Command spokesman, Humphrey Chukwuedo, on Tuesday.

According to the statement, the prime suspect, who feigned ignorance of the contents of her illegal cargo during interrogation, claimed that the consignment was given to her by her younger sister, Victoria.

Victoria, while corroborating her sibling’s claims, also said she was unaware of the contents of the consignment, which she said she merely collected from a courier service provider.

The two suspects have been handed over to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for further investigation and possible prosecution.

PoliticsYou’re A Coward And I’ll Teach You A Lesson – Buhari Replies Obasanjo by PrettyGist(op): 6:11am On Jan 21, 2019
President Buhari who replied the 16-page open letter written by Olusegun Obasanjo, described the former President as coward and further threatened to teach him a lesson he will never forget.

Buhari who replied Obasanjo in a statement titled ‘Get Well Soon’, accused the former President of handpicking his candidates against all known rules of the party that got him into power. It was further claimed that the former President, has never allowed any succeeding leader of the country function freely.

The statement reads in full;

PRESIDENCY TO OBASANJO: GET WELL SOON

The sixteen-page letter the former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, wrote to President Muhammadu Buhari and released this afternoon is the last push by desperate politicians who can’t handle the President politically and have resorted to subterfuge.

Our first message to the former President is that he needs a good doctor for good treatment and to say to him, “Get well soon.”

As repeatedly said of him, since Chief Obasanjo left office in 1979, he never let every succeeding leader of the country function freely, and this included the one he personally handpicked against all known rules drawn up by the party that put him in the office of the President. But Chief Obasanjo is jealous because President Buhari has more esteem than him and the sooner he learns to respect him the better.

It is a notorious fact that in dealing with any leader that he failed to control, he resorted to these puerile attacks. As the grand patron, more correctly the grandfather of corruption as described by the National Assembly, Chief Obasanjo released today’s letter purely for the reason of rescuing his thriving corruption establishment.

The elections starting in February will be free and fair as promised the nation and the international community by President Buhari.

What Chief Obasanjo and his co-travelers in the PDP should expect is that from the outcome, we will teach them a political lesson that they will never forget. This margin will be much bigger than we had in 2015.

Claims that President Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have embarked on the president’s “self- succession project, by recruiting collation officers who are already awarding results based on their projects to actualise the perpetuation agenda, in which the people will not matter and the votes will not count” is not only utterly false, but a copious note from the book on the failed third term agenda of President Obasanjo.

The man, President Buhari who has taken Nigeria’s reputation to a higher level internationally and is working hard to improve on the records of elections he found in place cannot descend to the level that Obasanjo has himself sunk.

As for his attacks of the administration’s records in fighting corruption, what the former President said is no more than evidence that President Buhari’s war against corruption is succeeding. They thought it is all a joke.

A leader who took USD 16 billion “upfront” to supply electric power yet failed to add a single megawatt to the national grid and to date, there is no trace of the money is jittery that he will be called to account. He is a coward.

Chief Obasanjo, manifesting a confused state of mind blames President Buhari for the fall of Libya into a failed state and the unholy alliance between the Boko Haram terrorists and the ISIS, while at the same time calling it an African problem, saying “the struggle must be for all West African, Central African, North African and most East African States,” which really does not amount to saying anything new.

Nigerians looked up to him as a role model and a ray of hope to ethical and clean leadership until President Yar’Adua called him out to explain what happened to the sixteen billion dollars of taxpayer’s money. It is clear that with him sitting on top of the heap of corruption, he is no different from the crowd he leads.

This language of his 16-page letter, likening President Buhari to General Sani Abacha, a man he dreaded and the one who jailed him under military laws is most unfitting from a former President of Nigeria.

The claim that President Buhari has put in place rigging machinery is both outlandish and outrageous. We are unable to get the words to describe a 90-year old liar, except to say that by the publication of this tissue of lies against the President, he Obasanjo, not the President will fall from everyone’s esteem.

CelebritiesWhy I Posted Video Of MC Oluomo Online – Taye Currency by PrettyGist(op): 7:02am On Jan 20, 2019
Since a chieftain of the NURTW in Lagos, MC Oluomo, was reportedly stabbed at a political rally some days back, there have been a lot of rumours that he had died from the wounds sustained during the attack. However, the rumours were finally put to rest when fuji artiste, Taye Currency, visited Oluomo in the hospital and uploaded a video of both of them together. However, some people criticised him for posting such video just to get attention.

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Currency revealed why he posted the video. “I had been inundated with calls from people that MC had died; so, I had to convince them otherwise. Everybody knows that whenever Oluomo comes to Ibadan, he is always at my place. We have been friends for over 25 years and are very close. Because of that, so many people were on my neck for proof that he was still alive. That was why I visited him at the hospital and made a video for the world to see that he was hale and hearty,” he said.

Disputing the fact that Fuji singers are always in bed with louts and violent people, Currency said, “Fuji musicians are not fighters. However, we are friends with everybody; we don’t have enemies. I went to visit MC Oluomo as a friend. I am not interested in whatever fight anybody had or has. If it was his opponents that were hurt, I would have visited them as well.”

On his plans for 2019, the singer said, “My 26-year-old son, who I had at the age of 19, is contesting the State House of Assembly election in Oyo State. He won the Peoples Democratic Party’s primary and will be on the ballot for the forthcoming poll. That is the major project I have before me now because I want him to succeed.”

CrimeIslamic Cleric Dupes Lady 700k Over Unclad Deliverance by PrettyGist(op): 6:57am On Jan 18, 2019
A lady, one Aishat Odofin, has been duped after she parted with N700,000 to a self acclaimed Islamic cleric a.k.a Alfa Adeyemi Mutairu, in order to be delivered from evil forces to become successful in life.

News gathered that the prophecy and prayer involved that the victim will be stripped naked before the Islamic cleric will bath her with his own hands and then embark on the deliverance prayer.

The incident happened at Ejigbo area where Aishat met Mutairu and he gave her the false prophecy that seemed to have ruined her life.

The lady paid the said amount of money and the prayer was conducted but it did not work as her condition became worse. It was then that she realised that she had been duped by the Islamic cleric and asked that her money be refunded to no avail.

The matter was reported to the Ejigbo Police Division; Mutairu was arrested and detained at the police station.
During interrogation, the suspect admitted that he obtained the money which he claimed was used for the prayer but the victim explained that the prayer did not work and she was hypnotized to part with the money.
The police charged Mutairu before Ejigbo Magistrates Court for obtaining the money under false pretence.

He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector G. Simon, did not oppose his being granted bail. Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. L.K.J. Layeni, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Mutairu was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect the bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 3rd February, 2019.
