A South African lady raped from age 10 by uncle’s son, took to Facebook to narrate her depression story which has led to suicide attempts.

The South African lady identified as 24-year-old Busisiwe Mhlongo, disclosed that she was raped vaginally and anally from age 10 by her uncle’s son who threatened to kill her with Ratex (rat poison).

According to the South African lady raped from age 10 by her uncle’s son, she has struggling mentally, emotionally and was recently diagnosed of PTSD.

Some of my family members will be shocked but hey I am tired of keeping this secret because it is making me to be sick but here it goes My Name is Busisiwe Mhlongo and I am 24 years old… born in 1994/09/18 ♥?… in 2004 I was staying at my Uncles house in Harding,KZN..his First born son (we call him Sphamo) who was 17/18 years at that time would call me to his room and rape me (I was 10 years old).. this started when I doing grade 4 until I was doing grade 6, around June because that’s when I had my periods for the first time but he did Rape me Vaginally and anally. he did a lot of things that I wouldn’t like to re-iterate here.. I stayed with someone who sexually abused me and I didn’t tell anyone because he said he was going to kill me with Ratex.

I kept that secret until this year cause I was struggling mentally and emotionally, Back in February I attempted to commit suicide, overdosed pills-in April I overdosed pills again- In June I starved myself hoping to die- in August I overdosed pills again- in September I attempted to jump out my Res but the security saw me and I couldn’t cause he said Jump I will catch you- in October I started cutting myself from my hand to my elbow and if I feel like the razor isn’t sharp enough I would get another one- I did it until it was beyond my control and I was admitted and of course Psychiatry Ward was my ward,stayed there for weeks and was diagnosed with depression and PSTD….

Generally if you know me- I am a Happy person and I love everything about everyone, to be diagnosed with depression was heavy for me and the medication is just too much. My mom and my other family members are aware of this now that have done drastic things. I have never got a call from my cousin say he is sorry. What he did to me was damaging physically, emotionally and sexually.

He robbed me my childhood and virginity, I will never be able to know what it’s like to be a child because of the things he did to me, he used a baby oil so that his penis would go in, he would put baby inside me so I can be “wet for him”.

He did it for 3 years and he was never satisfied. I have been struggling to even wake up in the morning and eat, let alone to trust a man, I am struggling to believe that I will be fine because depression is not a fly by night thing I am living with depression and PSTD…………. I have lost everything you can think of and if I win this battle – it’s game over for my cousin! I am coming for everything and I know this wil be a lot of drama but I am not going to protect a rapist…

The funeral arrangements for the late OAP, Tosyn Bucknor has now been released

The service of songs/Night of tributes and funeral service is scheduled to take place on Wednesday and Thursday, November 28 and 29, 2018, respectively

The 37 year old Inspiration FM’s on-air personality was reportedly found dead by husband, Aurelien Boyer, when he arrived home from work on Monday night.

The news was confirmed by her former colleague at Top Radio, Wale Adigun, via his Twitter account.

“So full of life, excitement and always willing to lend a helping hand. This is so devastating!!

“Rest on Voice of Lagos. Rest on Tosyn Bucknor,” Adigun wrote.

Also, Onome Obruthe, husband of her sister Funke Obruthe-Bucknor, confirmed the demise of the petite media personality.

“It is very sad,” he said in a phone call.

The media personality, a graduate of law from the University of Lagos, was born with sickle cell anaemia.

In November 2015, Bucknor and Aurélien Boyer had their traditional wedding surrounded by family and friends in Lagos.

Five months later, they had their white wedding in France, Boyer’s home country.

Segun Bucknor, her father who was a popular musician and journalist, died in 2017.

Tosyn, as she was popularly called, started her OAP duties with Tee-A at Eko FM. She was also an intern at Cool FM where she hosted the ‘Fun Hour Show’ on Saturdays.

Bucknor joined Top Radio after her youth service in 2009 as the only female handling a morning show.

Tosyn Bucknor was nominated for several awards including Future Awards, ELOY Awards, and Best of Nollywood.

Until her death, the OAP who also doubled as a vlogger, was a staff of Inspiration FM where she hosted her own morning talk show.

A Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to make shocking revelations that a deacon allegedly beats his wife with iron rod.

The lady said when choosing a life partner, being religious is no longer an all important criteria after she found out her cousin’s husband who is a deacon in the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG used to beat her with iron rod.

She wrote;

So I learnt about how my cousin’s husband(hopefully Ex now) used to beat her up with iron rod.
Funny thing is he’s a deacon in Redeemed.
So it’s not just about finding a religious man or one who loves Jesus but finding a man who’s sensible & respects you as a equal human being.

The second funny thing is, the lady was/is literally the breadwinner of the house.
She was at Forever(earning more than 900k per month) and literally rented and furnished their house.
She moved her stuff and even took out the light bulbs because she bought them with her money.

Met the man once at my elder brother’s wedding and I remember asking my big sis if she was certain the man had sense because the way he was eating all the food up at the reception..I had my suspicion right there.

No fewer than 154 ex-Boko Haram ex-Boko Haram terrorists that have been rehabilitated under the De-radicalisation, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration programme are now set to be reintegrated into the society.

Maj.-Gen. Bamidele Shafa, Coordinator Operations Safe Corridor (OSC) disclosed this at the end of a rehabilitation programme for the repentant Boko Haram members in Gombe on Saturday.

He said this was the second batch of the programme.

“The first batch of 95 clients who were discharged in February, have been successfully reintegrated.

“By the grace of God, a total of 155 clients will also be discharged and handed over to their state authorities for reintegration and resettlement,” he said.

He said, prior to the event, a stakeholders’ meeting was held on Oct. 4, at the instance of the Chief of Defence Staff to work out modalities for the reintegration.

“As part of the decisions reached at the meeting, visits were conducted in Partnership with the Presidential Committee on North East Initiative and the Centre for Democracy and Development to Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states to sensitise the state authorities, traditional rulers, religious leaders and other relevant stakeholders on the need to reconcile, resettle and reintegrate the clients back into their communities.

“I wish to state that, the reception of the various stakeholders in the Tree states were warm, encouraging and assuring that these repentant youths would be accepted wholeheartedly on return”, he said.
