What does he know about road construction? Is he a structural engineer? This is the reason most roads in Nigeria go bad after few months of commissioning. The job of effectively monitoring the quality of work done should be that of certified engineers not politicians. Rochas was fond of doing the same thing.. Going to sites while pretending he knows something about construction... This is not what you do for photo up. You need to have a qualified company awarded the contract of simply monitoring the quality of work done. A politician us totally useless under such situations unless he has an engineering background like say Umeahi..
